Really bad company
September 26, 2017

Poor communication. Poor invoices. Poor customer service. High fees. Contracts

These guys are as bad as it gets. I have in writing that my contract would be terminated on a specific day, and they change it without telling me. Hello an extra month after the contract ends, lucky I didn't sell the modem

Invoice doesn't make clear how much is owing and how much is in credit, it will tell you your account is in credit then say your account is owing the same exact amount. They even add on a fee later for late payment because the invoice asks for money while the email says you are in credit

We call many companies, they call us, we're on the phone constantly during the day. Somehow this one company cannot be called, you have to call them and with a 10 second delay somehow convince the person on the other end to phone you back. You feel like an absolute idiot doing this, because you hear them interrupting you and sometimes they just hang up

They charge more than around 4 other companies as I write this, and they insist on locking you into a contract

Oh and i just remembered they tried to have me send the modem I paid for back, even though I bought it, and it wasn't until after much back and forth that they found they were wrong.

Doesn't get much worse, in fact i'm sure it doesn't at all. Steer clear. voyager.nz voyager.co.nz
