Vonage Needs to do their Job

I am a customer with a residential line on hold in a parking service for numbers.
Vonage was needed to port in my number.
I have received nothing but excuses from Vonage.
The phone number remains in a holding pattern.
I am heart patient that needs my landline phone ASAP.
