Do not buy from this website. They say that a refund is guaranteed but it is not. They will not let you return any of their substandard dresses. The dress I purchased look nothing like the dress on their website. On the website, they show you the real dress, designer made. Then they send you some very cheaply made, ill-fitting dress from China. They don't even give you an address to use to return the poorly made dress. SCAM. And just try to get a refund, it won't happen. They never answer their phone and their online "chat" person is always named "Zack" who is not helpful. If you want to get taken in for over a hundred dollars and have a dress worth $20 bucks tops that looks like it was made by a 5th grader... then this is the website for you!
The dress did not arrive on time in spite of paying extra. It was shoddy workmanship. Beading looks like it could fall off very easily. The beading does not even meet on the sides of the dress near the seams. I got taken! This company is in China and had I known that I would not have ordered. I would like to get a refund, but don't know whether they can be trusted at this point. Stay away! My daughter's first prom has been disatrous!
The dress they sent had various flaws. The seams were not sewn correctly and the dress bunched up in odd areas. When we complained they offered a 20% discount and told us to keep the dress. We could not get a live person to talk to. There are too many flaws and we cant use the dress.
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE... I ordered a dress, received it a week later than should have. Considering it cost me £130 including postage it arrived in a tatty bag. It looked nothing like the picture, was a totally different colour, was a totally different style, had a whole in the underskirt and looked cheap and nasty. When complaining and asking for a refund they they offered me a 30% refund and was told that i could keep the dress. The service is shocking, the quality of product is shocking. There customer service is awful. Its a total rip off.
We ordered dress for daughter prom received it in Northern Canada very fast the dress is good the fabric is absolutely beautiful, it is double lined. My only complaint would be the straps they where quite intricate and lots of them which they did not do a good job on. I can sew and had the ability to correct them. I have since ordered 2 more for her, which of course have no straps will keep you posted on the results
This prom dress was absolutely perfect! It came in a week early with no extra charges.The quality is just as good as the dresses in store. Very impressed.
I have a dress shop that does alterations--prom is definitely my biggest season! This year I had several gowns brought to me for repair and alteration from this site. They were appalling quality, poor workmanship, low-cost fabric, ill-fitting. Please do not waste your money! When you add extensive alterations to your price, you do not have a bargain :(
I purchased a ball / prom dress for my daughter (HUGE mistake) The beading on the dress is just horrible. In the pircture they are silver but the dress arrived with coloured beads that are disgusting. Make and shape of the dress is not straight. Waste of time making a complaint, they don't care. Also paid for fast delivery and actually arrived the day before the ball!
Last month, i bought one red dress from this site for a wedding party. I really like my dress, glaring & charming. I am tendentious about shopping online. But from this shopping experence, i realized not all sites so bad, scam. I cannot help showing off my beautiful dresses.
