Very cheaply made, does not look anything like the picture very disappointed.

Site was pretty easy but I still don't know why the serums are shipped separately. I thought there might be a sample with my order but there wasn't.

Do not see any change. Don't think it works. If possible would like to return. Is all very misleading. It does not do anything to tighten your skin.
