I purchased an item for $329. Email said it was sent but it never arrived. Multiple emails to their customer service have been marked as undeliverable.
I have reported this to:
Montana Office of Consumer Complaints at app.doj.mt.gov/apps/Oscar/default.aspx. Both "File a complaint" and "Report a scam".

Amazon.com gift cards
Do not use Amazon.com gift card for online purchase. Do not buy anything from Vogme. They are offline now.
I found a specific TV I was looking for that Best Buy no longer carries on www.Vogme.com. Regular price was $1,300, Best Buy was selling for $799 and found on Vogme.com for $520. Too good to be true... your absolutely right. Since Best Buy wasn't carrying it anymore, I decided to buy it. During the payment process, it says and email will be sent to me with directions to pay for item. To keep prices low... they make you buy a Amazon giftcard in the amount and when you get the email from Amazon, you forward it as payment. Within a few hours of forwarding it, my giftcard balance was $0.00. Got an email that I will be contacted about delivery... after 2 weeks, I sent 3 emails but response. Now www.Vogme.com's website is down and not even working. I hope these A*SHOLES get caught. Lesson learned about buying online. It sucks.
This web site is offering our products but we do not deal with them. Do not order Laurel Mountain products from this site.
STAY AWAY! SCAM ALERT! Vogme.com only takes Amazon gift cards as payment so you can NOT get your money back. I called Amazon and they could see that the gift card was being spent on their site. I was duped and never received my merchandise. I now know I never will get what I ordered and lost the money too! DON"T BUY FROM VOGME.COM. They are a rip off scam company... a bunch of crooks! I'll do everything in my power to follow up, report them and take them down so other folks don't get robbed by them. I have the feeling the positive comments posted here are fake. Don't believe them. I lost $800 trying to buy from them and they will now not answer any email inquiries about my order.
The GOOD news is Vogme.com has been shut down, after investigation launched by Federal Trade Commission. The BAD news is, this company will probably reappear under a different domain, if it hasn't already. If any more information becomes available, it will be posted here. For those of you who were scammed and did NOT file a formal online complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, you can easily do it online. There is strength in numbers, and these felonious scammers need to be prosecuted. Make yourself heard!
Unfortunately I was a victim of this scam. Yup, tried to save a couple bucks and now I'm in the process of making police reports and reporting them to amazon and the credit card company. The only thing that makes me feel better is knowing that they've racked up enough money under fraudulent terms to make this a very serious felony and that he/she/them will be facing serious prison time when it catches up with them... and it will because it always catches up with you when you do the wrong thing to so many people...
Good luck to whoever this is out there scamming people-I hope it all seemed worth it when you're eating that government cheese for the next 10-15 years... and yes, that is what it will be...
I was dumb enough to take the risk and what do you know... no package after a month. Anyone that says its not a scam is a fake account and liar. The videos are also fake and the people are obviously paid to do it... its apparent. I was just willing to take the risk to saved $500 but dam I was wrong. In the process of dealing with amazon to see if I can get my account credited.
P.S. Amazon told me the individual used the card to make multiple purchases... a real biz obviously doesn't do that. BTW how do I report this to a government authority, anyone know?
It is a big scam. Check this link out about how this scam works.

All the positive reviewers on here all have signed up in the last week. Notice how all of their reviews for vogme are on the same 2 days. And their other reviews they did are of big box type stores with only a couple of words and they are all reviewed on the same day. This place is a scam. Check out their supposed address in Polson Montana. I looked at it from the satelite picture and looks like a junkyard and there is any empty lot next to it.
DON'T DO IT FOLKS. YOU WILL WISH YOU DIDN'T.
Amazon is horrible at stopping any type of scams with their gift cards and I'm sure that is why these people are using those. No legitimate business is going to use Amazon gift cards as payment. None, Never.
Remember if it sounds too good to be true it is.
It's a scam, these review folks are fictional. Phone # area code is from Alabama, Polson address is a vacant lot.
This company is a scam. They offer no phone number for customer support and only accept Amazon Gift Cards as a form of payment (even though their site states you can pay using Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express). DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Below is the actual email I received from "MaryAnn":
Thank you for your purchase. For the moment your order is still pending. As soon as we receive the Amazon Certificate we'll be able to process your order.
For the moment our supplier confirmed your promotional price is still valid. You must complete your payment in the next 24 hrs to be able to honor it. Payment instructions can be found at: https://vogme.com/pay.html
You must obtain 2 separate certificates: $2,000.00 and the rest of the amount. Please forward both so we can begin processing your order.
Always at your disposal,

VogMe.Com
Any company that can accept an Amazon gift card for a purchase should be able to accept PayPal; however they declined to accept any other forms of payment.
3 days delayed. I understand 2 days are required for processing but why 1 more extra delay?
I think low prices mean low customer service. So we get what we pay for.
It took 14 days and I paid VAT and customs but it still has the best price compared to what I could find in my country.
I read online that some people got the wrong item delivered initially. I am happy this didn't happen to me as it would have been so complicated to return my order and get the right one.
Anyways, thanks vogme.com for a great deal.
Greetings from France!
Customer service as it should be. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable. I got a great discount and my item is as described. I had no problems registering my new macbook so I can confirm vogme.com is a great company
I canceled my order. They are dishonest. They offer a steep discount about 40% off Amazon prices on a camera. Early in the checkout process they imply they accept Visa, Matercard, etc. Once you go through the checkout steps they ask you to obtain Amazon Gift Cards and pay with them. They claim it is to reduce fees; however Credit Card or other processing fees are 3% or less. Debit card fees are lower.
If they were legitimate and they obtained the merchandise legally and intended to deliver it for 40% off, they could clearly offer 35% off and accept credit cards and be far undercutting competition.
But nevertheless, the site lies about accepting Visa and Mastercard as payment while you are providing your contact information.
Likely no legitimate bank is offering them a merchant account, the merchandise is obtain through questionable means, or they do not intend to deliver on their promise.
Great buying experience. Fair price & great customer service. (I wish I remember the rep's name, he was WONDERFUL! Randy, Randy... can't remember!) Will definitely use again. Thank you!
Slow shipping... YES. I got a delay of 3 days in my case. If you don't get your order I suggest the following logical order: contact them, ask a refund, dispute payment.
They promised me 7 days delivery but I should have realized that low prices come with compromises and shipping speed is one of them. I had no other issues however, the TV was brand new with manufacturer warranty as promised.
D. C.!
YOU THE ONE WHO STOLE MY MONEY!
I WOULD REQUIRE TO RETURN MY MONEY BACK, BUT YOU WILL NOT... AND I KNOW YOU WON'T RETURN MY MONEY BACK TO ME - BECAUSE YOU ARE THE BIG BIG SCOUNDREL!
SO, MY RECOMMENDATIONS - CLOSE YOUR DIRTY $#*!ING MOUSE.
It grabs you with the way low, too low, prices. It seems legit until you get to the payment page when they ask you to make out an Amazon gift card to them as payment! What! That's the same as sending them cash! This is NOT something a legitimate business will ask you to do, nor should any reasonable person do this. If you check their site you will find they have no phone number, nor an actual address, only an email address. Beware!
Answer: The vogue.com has shut down due to pressure I posed by scammed consumers. Not only are they under investigation by Federal Trade Commission, they are subject to felonious prosecution. The sad thing is they are probably running the same scam under a different IP address and website. They have done that before. If you were scammed, file an online complaint with Federal Trade Commission. There is strength in numbers to bring these criminals to justice.
Answer: Don't do it! They are a SCAM company! They will take your money and never send you the laptop and you'll never see a refund either. They are crooks of the lowest kind. I believe their site is now shut down.
Answer: You have been duped, like the rest of us. They have been under investigation by Federal Trade Commission. Today site is gone, which is good for those who think it IS legitimate. You need to file an online complaint with Federal Trade Commission! This is important. Make yourself heard! These felons need s to be brought to justice.
Answer: I've just been scammed by Vogme.com. This site is definitely not legit. WARNING: Beware! They only take payments in Amazon gift cards so you cannot easily recoup the money. I got in touch with Amazon and they tracked my gift card code and could see who was spending the money. They are going to try to recover what they can. There was a small balance left on the card. I feel horrible to have been so duped. I know there is some really bad karma in store for these folks for hurting and robbing so many people.
Answer: Don't do it. It is a total scam. After awhile once word gets out about them they will shut this site down and open another with a different name. They have been doing this for sometime now.
Answer: Yes, sorry to say you got scammed. Worst part is, when they get shut down they start right back up with a new site and different name. After I did some investigating I found that this site is at least their 10th site. They are purchasing website names that have been owned for several years but were never really activated by the owners so it appears they are legit. These people are really good at this and have perfected it over time. It almost appears legit except for the Amazon Gift card. There are write ups about this gift card scam. They use amazon because they are so lax in their policies.
