From day one until the 29th, when I finally requested to terminate my contract, this experience was nothing short of a disappointment.
It was, without exaggeration, the worst customer service I have ever encountered from any company—regardless of industry, whether services, retail, or hospitality. Endless phone calls, countless minutes on hold, and absolutely no resolution. I even received automated messages from the 1399 service, assuring me that supervisors would respond to my technical issues—yet no such response ever came. The only redeeming aspect of this company was the technical staff, who visited my premises four times and genuinely tried—albeit unsuccessfully—to fix the issue. Truly, I am at a loss for words. Avoid this company at all costs.
