Second review uploading about them to update my situation. They are still telling me over the phone the refund they owe me is been processed to my bank but it never comes. They still saying yes and when I call back they saying it's been used for credit when I asked them not to do so. They again agree to send refund to bank again and then the process repeats it self. I gotta call back re explain and beg em to give me the money they owe me so I can move on to someone else. They lie and lie and lie some more. Tell you what you want to hear but never do it. It DISCUSTING! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! FYI I asked for a refund because they charged me 6.99 for an Amazon prime account I was not using for years and only offered me 12 months back. SMH

Vodaphone... CUSTOMERS BE VERY WARY
This is my personal experience and my opinion
I needed to remove call barring coz i lost my phone 6 days ago and in the conversation John from upgrades department and offered me a new package reduced internet costs and phones bundel package with 3 free phones. I agreed and sent me off to the sales and guess what vodaphone do not do FREE phones but during the conversation with JOHN i asked him 3 time per phone and he kept saying yes the phones are free. These are 2 i phone 13 and 1 samsung S21 fe. Yes i did think it was a bit too unbelievable but john kept saying i am a loyal and long term customer and this is correct. I am... he kept saying vodaphone looks after me... yep he put a gun to my head and shot me... 5 and a half hours on the phone. I am not joking 5.5 hours with many disconnections and speaking to many different vodaphone representatives... exhausting... i wasted a whole day... but funny vodaphone in allof this i saw vodaphone can alter and up my contract fees without my consent but if i want to cancel i have to pay them out. My contract did not finish till 30th march 2022. My account was altered immediately on the 24th january 2022... and to think i lost my phone which was not old and i was totally stressed and upset and what does Vodaphone do... SLITHER in and take full advantage of this customer... do not think you will get away with this. Vodaphone Australia you should be totally ashamed and disgusted with your selves. And not only you did this to me this time but you did it again in 2019 with a bull$#*! free galaxy tab A8 which came with a price tag that i had to pay of $449... and also i was just not in control of my wants... Vodaphone was telling me what to do what to buy and they wanted to lock me in for 36 more months after today service... NO MORE VODAPHONE!

I found a call for $163 to Libiria on my bill. I called customer care She said they can't help me since it shows on my bill. I have being charged since it was on direct. I explained that I don't know anyone in Libiria since I'm from Sri Lanka. My phone was not in use during that time and i was at work. She said that her manager will call me and I'm waiting for the call.

Put All Australians and the International Community Health including Domestic Violence Victims Men & Women High Risk of Death when Turning Off Mobiles on Expiry Date 12AM Midnight without warning!
They have now done this 5 times in 10 years to me; all for new business in phone purchases and plans!
Dangerous International Practices!

I bought a phone from voda and i did everything as stated. Let it charge what not.
The battery in it ran out within 5 hours and i hadnt even used it. I then had to startg charging the phone every 4 hours otherwise it would have died. And it also kept turning itself off. I went into one of the shops and the lady said i was not allowed to return it? WHAT. I had only had it for like 48 hours. So i went to another shop and they also said i was not allowed to return it but i could swap it. I really didnt want the phone as my sister bought the same and had the same problem.

Anywho i had no choice but to swap it for the same phone guess what same problem. Went into the store and they said they will not swap it because it had already been swapped.
Nasty workers, rude not helpful and their return policy is $#*!
