Absolute scam. My daughter started to sign up, never completed her subscription and they charged her. Can't get a person on the phone and they are "open" 4 hours a day. I have been emailing customer service with no success for over a week but I am convinced it is a bot not a person. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
I have received 6 albums over 2 months and really enjoyed the picks! Several have been played multiple times and have downloaded some of these newer artists catalogs. One thing to note: you have to log in once a month to select your vibe and pay you 5.99 shipping. They send me a reminder every month. So far digging this and my Curator Krista has made some great choices. Like this model and hope it continues down this path
Bought a year subscription 14 months ago -- and still am owed 4 months, despite monthly contacting *******@vynl.org. And with only one exception, I did not get an album I liked -- they could not have paid any attention to the forms I filled out. A rip-off, unless you enjoy the frustration caused by a company that does not deliver on its promises or contract.
They will bill you constantly and will not send records unless you contact them directly. Their business model is intentionally designed to rip off their customers.
