I placed order from this website and I did not receive a confirmation email nor the item to my address, and they don't pickup a phone nor reply the email, I am going to contact my bank to open a dispute case to get my money back.
However, after one week they replied to my email and told me the item which I want it out of stock, later they refund the amount to my bank account.

Please please do not order anything from this company I placed an order 2 weeks ago and still waiting confirmation of my order despite the money being withdrawn from my account I have tried to email them on numerous occasions but no reply so please don't order anything I'm now speaking to the fraud squad at my bank and will continue to leave reviews daily regarding my experience don't these people know money is tight for everyone and to do this to people is just despicable

I hope you're fortunate enough to read this before you make a purchase with this company, to enable you to avoid them.

Also I wish I could show here the kind of communications that I've received from them (not ever a name or accountable person in charge) in the last 2 weeks. The best summary I can give you is empty promises, lies, no updates on my purchase, no refund and a call to my bank to recover my payment.

I wish I had read a review like mine before this terrible experience.

First they advertise things not in stock. So what I ordered didn't arrive. When I complained a few weeks later (the order was made in early March) they said it would soon be back in stock. It wasn't, so they offered me a very similar product (early May). This has still not arrived, despite two reminders. They have refused so far to give me a refund. AVOID!
