For many years I have been ordering from this website and have always been happy. Never had a problem and recommend this site for vitamins of all kinds.
The only problem is that they don't have everything I need, which I can't really "fault" them for it, just saying that they could offer more items.
The vitamin shoppe's website is easy to navigate and I love the shop by health concern section. I found everything I needed under stress management and got free shipping as my order was over $25. Everything I purchased was on sale and the prices were very competitive.
I had nothing but good experience with the company. I ordered from them 3 or 4 times and everything was delivered fast and without delays. The online offers are also great and pretty cheap comparing to other companies.
I have been a customer of vitaminshoppe for over 10 years and I was so hoping I didn't have to write this. The customer service keeps getting worse and worse. And, the prices keep going up.
I placed my order long before 6pm and it was NOT shipped the same day. It took them a week to reply to my inquiry. Now, it's been a week and I still haven't received the order. I may be saying goodbye to VS.

I recently purchased some specialty hand soap (J. R. Watkins grapefruit 11oz liquid) and they have better pricing than both Amazon and local stores. I purchased 6 total and since I purchased over $25 my shipping was free! Overall great experience and who doesn't love getting free shipping... it's not hard to spend $25.
Ordering from them for several years for energy protein drinks and health and fitness plus vitamins. If you order usually $25-$40 it is free shipping, so I order several things at a time. Comes in usually a week, boxed, perfect, ready to go. One time they sent the wrong item and they let me keep that item free and immediately sent out a replacement. Top rate company - there is a vitamin shoppe not too far from my house but its cheaper to order from them with the discount from coupon cactus (couponcactus.com approx. 4% cash back from them) and free shipping!
I have been using this site to order the majority of vitamins for our family. They have an extensive selection, their site is easy to navigate, and they have excellent customer service. I always choose their cheapest shipping option because the products always arrive promptly. They have good sales, and a rebate program which they administer honestly.
