I have been a customer for many years but am now having second thoughts about continuing. I used to be able to get customer service and place an order in one phone call. Now I am lucky if I am able to get through at all. This company never tells you anything like when they are out to lunch... During the process of trying to get through, I usually end up going elsewhere, depending on how low I am on a particular supplement. Whenever I am lucky enough to get through, I end up having to ask if the item I need is in stock, when I didn't before.

Loyal and Happy customer for over 15 years. I take L-Arginine, L-Citrulline and Maca. THEY WORK.
Get This- 54 yrs old, smoke 1.5pack/day, have smoked over 20yrs. Was in hospital for emergency colon surgery. I constantly had 100% oxygen saturation, textbook blood pressure (i dont work out, but i'm thin) and I was told by an amazed surgical nurse that I 'had veins only seen in text books!' She called the other over to look. "They don't see veins like this except in training". I've taken L-Arginine for probably 18 years every day. It's supposed to be vascular expanding, supporting and opening your veins. THIS STUFF apparently works! Acutal proof I would say. Now, who knows about my lungs but 100% oxygen still- I'm thankful this place exists.

Some years ago, I was very pleased to find for sale at Vitamins Because You Are Worth It, a nutritional supplement which is seldom sold elsewhere, and was surprised to receive more quantity (bottles of capsules) than I had ordered -- namely para-amino-benzoic acid, which had been proven to be health-beneficial for the pituitary gland and which is known to remain color in one's hair in old age. This supplement had been recommended by the United States Government during the administration of Franklin Delano Roosevelt.
Incidentally, the URL of the website was, since then, changed from ending in "biz" to ending in "us".

I ordered over a month ago and no reply to my emails.

We have been taking nutricost n acetyl cysteine for years, we fell for the attractive price of vitamins because, after consuming 360 of its capsules we realize that we don't feel the effects of mucus fluidization, lung enlargement sensation and especially the antidepressant effect in adults; the volume of the vitamins capsules is only 40% of nutricost and its effects are absolutely null, we doubt that they use quality n acetyl cysteine. For us they are a cheap fraud.

Thru work hard to provide pure ingredients. I order regularly and they always fulfill their promise to ship.

I've been a customer more than 10 years. A retired RN who has worked with many diabetic and cardiac patients, I use these products and recommend them. By being able to purchase quality products at an affordable price my clients are able to keep themselves healthier without giving up food. I've exchanged information with pharmacists and other healthcare people who also recommend this company. Sometimes my order has taken extra time before it ships. Right now I'm waiting on an order for a product that no one else has either- shipping issues. I've never received anything other than thoughtful and concerned comments when checking an order. Most orders have been filled quickly and are at my doorstep in about a week.

I'm customer for a long time but in the last couple orders took so long and they take so long to mail it and their excuses they can't get the product where I can go on eBay Amazon and get products faster but lately I've been emailing them telling them I have a large order to put in what is your timeframe last time I waited almost 4 months to get everything I have not gotten a response I'm not dealing with a company that cannot respond when they used to do it within two days now it's been three weeks sorry you're not that busy

Order from May, 11. Today is June, 10.
No produce, no money. I tried to contact - no answer.
I report to the appropriate institution.

Ordered from them in jan 2021 here it is march over 2 months and no produce. Tried to contact several times no repy

I discovered VitaminsBecause recently while looking for a product on eBay. I noticed the brand I've never heard of before and thought to look up the website. It turns out the seller offers VitaminsBecause three times more expensive than on the brand's own website as I see all products are buy one, get two free.

I already a couple of orders since January, the month I discoverd that supplement retailer.

The shipment is not fast. It does take a week but in return I get very low-priced and fresh supplements.
