They intercepted my information with vitalchek and made a bogus charge 48. Out of my account can't get in touch with them no phone

I paid $75.00 for a certified divorce decree and never received it. I paid $55.00 for a certified birth certificate and never received it. The person who answers the phone only says I should have received them both. No refund just a huge waste of money and time.

Worst place ever. I order my birth certificate feb. 25 and it may 14 and I have yet to here from them. No email Or anything. I try calling Customer service and they are impossible to reach. I will call customer service and I will be on hold for literally an hour until I just had to hang up because no one will come to the phone.

Do not waste your money they will make you wait over 3 months to receive you birth certificate. It is a joke.

Looks like a legit website but simply fill in the form that is easy to find and fill in yourself. The website that does what is actually needed, online transmission, is VitalChek. I wasted money and am not happy with Vital Records

I wrote the company twice regarding my account. No response. I accidentally used my card. 2 min later I emailed the company to report a mistake. No response. I emailed again the following day, still no answer!

I paid for and my bank account was debited on 12/7/20 for a certified birth certificate. Not only have I not received it as of today, 4/2/21, but when I wrote them in February they responded with a request to verify my payment. I replied with a screenshot of my bank statement showing the December 7,2020 debit. Heard nothing. At the end of March I emailed them again about the birth certificate. They replied with the very same email that they sent in February, asking for proof if my payment! I resent the proof and nothing! What a scam and I am prepared to sue them for damages as I need the certified birth certificate to obtain a real I D by May 10!

I ordered a marriage certificate online one month ago. I uploaded a copy of my drivers license as proof of my identity, and gave my credit card info. I received an email confirmation that I would be receiving the certificate soon. Two weeks late I checked with them, and they said I needed to send proof of identity, like a scanned copy of my drivers license. I scanned it again, and uploaded it again. And, again, received confirmation that this document had been received. Two more weeks have passed, and no certificate. If you can avoid using this company, don't use them.

I paid 70 don't dollars for a birth certificate they sent me a application and wanted 20 more dollars

I will let you know if I ever actually get the birth certificate. Ordered on February 13th 2021 and it's now March 29th 2021 and still no updates. Spent $124 dollars yes I am an idiot apparently. Hall of records in Santa Ana, California was closed and the building is literally demolished to be rebuilt. I was under the impression that I was using the legit birth certificate place but apparently it's vital check website that is the legit place not this one. Don't be fooled. Let me also add the website just keeps extending the day I am supposed to receive it. New update pushed my date out over a month longer.

Update- I received my birth certificate finally! I seriously thought i would never get it. So now we know they really send the birth certificate and it takes a few months to get the certificate

Not only did I get tricked into paying a bull shi* 45$ fee for them to fill out an application that I could do by myself in 2 minutes, they did it in a way that tricks you into thinking this is the only way to fill out the application. Additionally, after going through the whole process (which is bull shi*), they could not even keep track of my application status and update me on it. All together, to get a copy of my birth certificate will take almost 2.5 months, and 75$.

It's Tuesday morning now and I placed an order last Wednesday. I pay the very expensive amount for it to be expedited with overnight service. It didn't happen. Today 4 business days later, I received a message saying the package had been shipped and I should expect it next Friday - hardly overnight! Considering the amount I paid, this is totally unexceptable. I will be going out of my way to post this information other places on the web.

Filled out all the required info and paid $55 just to get a download link for a form to fill out and mail in with an additional $25.
Went to vitalchek.com and took care of everything on there sight for $62 and got it within 3 days.

We order from then last month. They never emailed our confirmation number or send the birth certificate. And we have no way to contact them with out the order number they never emailed us.

But they went ahead and took money from my bank account.

First off I had no idea that this was a third party company! I went onto my local state vital records website to order my daughters birth certificate on Nov 6th 2020! It is now Jan 28th 2021 so you might as well say i've been waiting 3 months and it still haven't come! I contact my state office who told me that they did not recongnize the confirmation code that was sent to me, thats when I pulled the confirmation back up and realized that it was a third party who charged almost double of what Vital records would have. My daughter is enlisting in the army to serve this country and needs her birth certificate to do so and I will stop at nothing until someone in this company gives me answers! I have called the number listed on the website over 20 times and it keeps hanging up every time. I have also sent multiple messages to them and are currently waiting on them to call. Someone better to give me some answeres and very soon!

I ordered sent this company my information to receive my marriage certificate because it was very important. They lied about getting your certificate fast without explaining rude agents and supervisor who telling me no refunds and didnt explain situation you have to wait 4 months i paid for rushing my items no communication when you talk to them they dont care no status when they will ever process your application and when i searched vital records called them they didnt even receive it its been a month so dont waste your time and money on false companies like this with false reviews this is true review from someone real

Pay attention, this site is only a 3rd party website. They are NOT VitalChek. I paid $69 for this awful company to send us a single form (for a birth certificate) to mail in to VitalChek. SIXTY-NINE DOLLARS for a form I could fill out online for $29! Biggest rip-off, and I probably can't get that money back. I thought I was on the right website because the names are similar enough.
