Stay away from the vitacom.ro website. I purchased a product from this site (the well excide portable speaker) because it was much cheaper. When the package arrived, although nicely packaged, I was surprised to find that everything was repackaged and given new adhesive tape. Initially, I thought it was possible that it had been packaged that way, but after I finished unpacking the speaker and the accessories, it was clear that the speaker was resealed (although I bought it as a new product). In addition to small signs of wear, I found that one of the wheels it comes with was broken. I decided to contact the seller via the Contact Form on the site, where I detailed the problems, but no one ever answered me (not even to tell me that they could do anything). Also, if you read the complaints website policy (although they don't have a complaints form, so the contact form must be used) you find that in fact the unsealing and testing should be done on the street, next to the delivery person and if you find problems then, put it back in the box, make a report with the delivery person and refuse the package (which is impossible in most cases, because you don't have a socket on the street to test electronic things and the delivery person doesn't have time for you to sit for 20 minutes to test the product, he just has the obligation to show you that it is intact). So, in conclusion, the products purchased from this site, even if they work, even if they don't work, even if they are new or not and even if you might want to return them later, bad luck will keep it as it is and with the money taken.
