I needed a new set of contact lenses but couldn't get my account to open and so ended up checking out as a guest. I had trouble with some of the lenses being cloudy but because I had purchased them as a guest there was no record of them in my account. I have purchased lenses through vision pros for years and not had problems. This one time that there was issues I had no recourse. I will save my receipts from now on.
