Never a bad experience, 3rd order.
I paid $20 for UPS 2-day delivery, it took days to ship, got caught in customs (that's never happened before) and ultimately took 8 days to arrive. I've ordered before and it's always been smooth, I don't know what happened this time but I certainly wish I hadn't paid for 2-day delivery this time.
