Visa Avenue is a fraudulent company. They sold me a service which wasn't even launched in India completely. I paid a hefty amount and received no direction or information. During the course I received incorrect information as well which severely ruined my chances of ever getting a visa. The communication is non existent. The case manager is severely incompetent. I have escalated several times and have received no resolution. I am considering legal action

Over the past few months, I have been utilizing the services of Visas Avenue for my Canada PR process requirements. Without hesitation, I can affirm that they excel in professionalism, reliability, expertise, and extensive experience. For anyone in search of exceptional immigration guidance and support, I wholeheartedly endorse their services. They have undeniably simplified the process for me, and I am genuinely appreciative of their invaluable assistance.

Better to apply for any kind of visa on you own, these guys know nothing and are full of ego. Your initial conversations with them will be very pleasant but wait until you have paid them. They will promise you the world but your experience will turn into a horrific dream in no time.

They are unprofessional, literally doesn't do anything you can't learn.
All process if easy if you do your own research.
Small details can change the, which they won't notify you until you pay them. I had to run back and forth even to correct something small they were unable to notice/or they don't have time to give enough time or they purposely hide those details and give you confidence the everything 100% good to go

They will show you a rosy picture and push you to sign their agreement. Do no sign this agreement without thinking it through and getting your case evaluated through someone else or doing your own due diligence to make sure you have a strong case. They are fully covered once you sign this agreement with them. What that means is they will refund only 25% if the case does not go through for whatever reason, even though you followed all their guidelines and suggestions. In the beginning they will assure you that you have a strong case but if the case does not go through they have still made their profit from your fee which is clearly unethical and unprofessional way of doing business. My suggestion would be to do it yourself. Everything is there on the website for each country you can sure follow all the directions and do it yourself. Or do not sign this agreement and negotiate the refund amount before signing this agreement with them. Ideally you can pay them 10% in the event your case does not go through. Anything beyond that would be your loss.
