Paid $175 for the premium visa service and and extra $59 for fast responses in less than an hour. They never responded to my questions. They wasted a week of my time. Stay away from this company.
I think VisaExpress is fraud company. I cheated with them 175 USD. Be aware everyone. You should not believe them

I have used them before with no problems. Unfortunately this time has been a terrible experience. My Fedex tracking number shows it signed for by one of their employees but they say they do not have my documents. They have offered no help to rectify the situation outside of saying we don't have your package. For a company that works in urgent visa and passport situations you would think they would understand the urgency and show better customer service than to put their hands up in the air.
