Long story short- bought a product, cancelled order an hour later (twice). Seller unable to cancel nor are they willing to contact carrier to cancel delivery. Product description CLEARLY states full refund within 30 days. No mention of paying return shipping, yet they are trying to charge me to return the item. Horrible phone customer service - horrible. 95% of my shopping is done on line and I have NEVER encountered such atrocious service. AVOID this seller and the hassle that comes with dealing with them.

Delivery for the first order I placed was not received, but the replacement was and it was prompt. Loved the product.

I ordered a garage door opener from Sears using a credit because the craftsman garage door opener I bought in March 2021 was defective. Sears used VirVentures to fulfill the order. I used a store credit for the refund of the existing defective garage door opener. The sales receipt showed the credit was applied. The next morning I found out VirVentures charged me for the entire amount. I canceled the order with 12 hours but VirVentures sent it anyway. I refused delivery. I did not receive a credit for the return yet, a week later. I am going to have to elevate my complaint to our state's attorney general, consumer fraud division because I do not like having a sketchy business take my money. Sears and VirVentures have proven themselves to be untrustworthy. And if you want a lesson in futility, try calling either Sears or VirVentures…. Forward, forward, hang up. Buyer beware.

Recieved two veneer dressers. Opened only one box and the boards were crumbling and dry. I wanted to return. They said they would give a refund but not pay the shipping ( which by the way was the same cost as the dressers). There was no way I could sell them, so took a even cut and paid for shipping. They emailed with pictures saying to contact my carrier because the boards were damaged in shipping!
This company is not legit! The pictures showed the boards damaged: well no duh because they were damaged when I got them. Ironically the picture of the boxes look fine. Boxes were actually better taped then when I received them.

I have ordered a small rug from this company via Amazon. Upon its arrival, it appeared NOT as described in the offer. It looked cheap and ugly, though it had a hefty price of 56$C (66$C tax included!). The company refused to pay for the return and I was forced to pay return shipment myself (31$C)! I understand it is a profitable scam on their part as they force the buyer to take the stuff regardless its poor quality or lose money on the return shipment. Beware! Stay away from these SCAMMERS!

READ BEFORE DEALING WITH THIS DECEITFUL COMPANY- We bought a mantle in error in the wrong colour off their Amazon web page, so we ordered another. When the first one came in we immediately replied to them to send it back; This is where we were told it was up to us to cover shipping costs, which was an additional $112 dollars. We werent impressed because that wasn't listed on the web page but whatever, we wanted that second mantle! So, we took the first mantle back to the post office (Keep in mind we NEVER EVEN OPENED THE BOX, and the box had no damage), paid the $112 dollars to ship it back and then insured it for the $1000+ dollars it had cost us in the first place. We waited from January 29, to February 14th, 2022 and heard NOTHING from the company. We reached out and they advised us we would need the tracking number to have them look into it to guarantee the refund the money back into our account (that was ANOTHER importantthing they never told us- so we were VERY glad we insured it!). (I don't even think they were expecting us to actually HAVE the number) but we provided it. It took them another day to reply to, where they then told us that it wasn't returned in its original condition and then withheld approximately $160 dollars! BUYER BEWARE - THIS COMPANY IS DECEITFUL AND TERRIBLE TO DEAL WITH. We will NEVER recommend this company nor deal with them in the future EVER again.

I ordered a shelf unit on *******@Sears website. After I completed my order I suddenly realized my old address from over 10 years ago auto-filled in the delivery address, even though I used my new address for the billing. I don't remember getting to confirm the information prior to ordering or I would have caught it. I tried to contact Sears and they sent me to Vir Ventures who apparently was filling the order. I sent an email and got a generic response. I tried several more emails and then started calling. Calling got me nowhere. The number for the person who signed the email never went through, no matter how long I was on hold. One day I was on hold for 2 HOURS and 17 minutes!. Needless to say the shelf unit arrived at the old address and I received an email saying it was delivered. I then initiated a return and they said they would send a label and I could take it to have it returned. Being over 3,000 miles away that was impossible and I told them. I said send me the label and I will try to have a shipping service pick it up. I was even willing to pay for the return shipping like they said I would have to do. A week later and I have yet to receive a shipping label. I have been able to identify the new owner of the house and was planning to ask them to print the label and I would arrange for pick up. As of now, I have lost the shelf and $271.00. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN! Sticking to Amazon even if it costs more. At least you can make a change immediately after you order to the address.

Very promt delivery. Love the new Scor-pal board. I have the old one but this has marks every 1/8th inch and the numbers on the sides and tops are easier to read in black. The old mat fits in the new board, so... perfect!
