The worst! I ordered something directly through the VirVentures website a few weeks ago and still have not received it. I have called and emailed this company at least a dozen times. No one ever answers the phone. I received one return phone call, and they could not give me any information regarding my order. Then I received an email asking me to give positive feedback about my order... how is this possible since I never received it?! That was 2 days ago, and I still have no resolution. Keep in mind, the money was taken out of my account the day I placed the order. Do NOT order anything from this company!
Overpriced items they get off amazon and try and pass it off as walmart. Scam! If I wanted to purchase from amazon I would have made the purchase from amazon!
Based off the reviews I'm now reading, I seriously doubt I'm going to get the item! Ordered a birthday gift, a Dragon Ball Z Grandista figure, for my husband. It shows delivered two days ago. No it was not! The city it was supposedly delivered too I've no idea where that it. Highly concerned I've been duped as many are stating they've been. Considering I ordered via WalMart, I figured this was a reputable company. This is absolute BS!
I received the wrong item due to their error, and they said they would only take it back if I paid return shipping PLUS a 20% restocking fee of the item they sent me. I received an auto-generated response to my email, and the same email again when I replied to them. Now I have a useless product that they charged me for, that would have cost me even more to return. Thanks, turds.
If you look up their rating on Walmart, it is only 1 star for SEVERAL MONTHS ALREADY. They've sent me an ultra fake product. Don't you ever buy from them a thing. Can't believe Walmart hasnt banished them yet
Purchased almost $1k worth of product and after the money was removed from my account Virventures Customer Service claims there is no record of the transaction!
Extremely disappointed with Ami Ventures Inc. lack of professionalism, poor communication and poor customer service. My walmart order arrived in a beat up, half opened amazon box with an amazon receipt that wasn't even relate to the product. All attempts to communicate with Ami Ventures Inc were ignored on their end. I WILL NEVER place an online order with a Walmart 3rd party ever again!! Lesson learned
Do not order from this company. They will lie about the item and once you receive it they ignore emails and calls. Item not as described Cheap dollar store plastic for $20.00. Expect the customer to pay return shipping plus 20% restocking fee. After falsely describing the item. Hard to believe that Walmart and Amazon lets these known thieves sell via their websights. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY OF YOUR MONEY!
$32.13 for a small tin of Herbacin which retails for about $6 bucks in any store that carries Herbacin. These people are working on the There is a sucker born every minute" principle.
Ordered 50$ lipstick and received a child's marker set with a price of 9.99 on it! Seems like the poor reviews are right, this company should be avoided. Haven't heard anything about returns yet from them but am not holding my breath after reading the previous reviews, wish I had read them first before ordering!
I ordered a pc monitor through Walmart Canada online store (https://marketplace.walmart.ca/). A month later, the wrong item was delivered. It was not possible to have any sort of support to correct the situation. It was difficult to get reimbursed. They seems very unprofessional, amateur to say the least.
This company is just a bunch of scammers who over charge you and don't even have the items in stock! I called to ask for a refund and they said they would only give me 20% back because of restocking fees! This is so pathetic! Do not order or support this business!
Those fxxx inxxxx ppl do not have any real products in stock, if you buy anything from them, they buy it from others and let others ship to you, it is called dropshipping, they could claim any fake reason and return the item to you once their buyers want to return it.

Placed an order from Walmart. Had no idea it came from a third party. When the item arrived it was in an Amazon box with invoice showing I overpaid. The item was also opened so I wanted to return it. The agent told me the agents at the border opened it and there should be no issues. I don't believe them, nor would I want something that is opened. After a few weeks of being misled and jumping through various hoops I had my refund processed. Now I am still fighting with them to pay me for returning the product (paid out of pocket as they said they would reimburse me for that as well). They have indicated they sent it via PayPal, but after speaking to PayPal they don't see anything. Another lie this company gave me. These people are a scam and anyone who gives a good review has never delt with them.
I bought an item from the Walmart website not realizing they were using a 3rd party vendor. I was sent the wrong item. I contacted Walmart and was told I had to contact AMI, which I did. AMI took a week or so to respond to me but they finally sent me a shipping label to return the item I was sent. This was in June. I haven't heard from them. They never contacted to me to say they received the item I sent and they never refunded me the money. I won't ever buy from them again.
I would recommend them in fact I have info to one of my family members. I am pleased with the service and quick shipping. Gonna be buying more real soon. Thank you!
Ordered a product through Walmart.ca. Order arrived in an Amazon.com box and included an Amazon.com invoice which, including the exchange rate, showed that I paid nearly double what the actual price was. Reached out to AMI with my complaint and requested a refund of the difference. Customer service refused to refund me anything as it would cut in to their profit and said the supplier, Amazon.com, had included the invoice by mistake. I will never buy anything from AMI Ventures again and I strongly advise everyone else to steer clear as well.
I bought my item through Walmart and thought it will be shipped & sold by Walmart. I was wrong. It's been over 2 weeks and I still haven't received my order.
I was thinking about buying a coffee table from them through Sears. However, the 5 star reviews on here and other sites are clearly fake, it's almost laughable. I'm definitely not buying anything from them, bullet dodged.
I'm giving a 5-star experience, due to its excellence in customer care. Will recommend this to friends
