They claimed the views were from real, active users. However, tiktok later removed them for being "inauthentic".
Waste of money. I paid for TikTok followers and they all ended up being bogus users. Every new user following my channel had 0 followers themselves and 0 engagement. It was obviously fake users with very little research on my end.
Don't use Viralyft! I bought followers for my beauty blog and now my account is basically dead. The followers they sent were SO FAKE - like accounts with 0 posts and names full of numbers. Instagram shadowbanned me I think because my reach went from thousands to like 50 people. In the end, I had to start a whole new account. Tried to get refund but they just ignored me.
This company is a complete scam operation. I ordered followers for Instagram, received nothing and when I contacted support I was completely ignored. Not once but every single time I reached out I literally got no response. I doubt they even have a system for providing followers. This whole thing is built for taking the money of naive people like myself. After a week of waiting, I tried again and even threatened to go public with my complaint, but still no response. I then had to file a chargeback with my bank because clearly they were never going to provide anything. Unfortunately the bank decided to side with them so they kept my $200! Viralyft makes money by tricking people, not by offering real services. Stay away, because you'll only end up losing your money like I did.

Avoid by all means! They are scammers they don't fulfil orders nor refund. The answers from customer service are very avoidant until they stop. Order tracking option on their website doesn't work, their phone number doesn't work chat doesn't work they are just pretending to be on social media. All they want is you money!
