I am waiting to hear back from customer service on the shipment i havent received. I placed the order on October 21 and have not recieved my order! I got notification that it was shipped but never got it. It was supposed to be delivered November 3. Its November 10 and i have nothing. Please advise!
I have bought two IN training tees for different Ironman 70.3 events including the World Championship. The tanks were super thin cotton, not a training tech tank like I expected and particularly on the World Championship tank the imprint is of such a poor quality that it comes off on anything it touches. I would not recommend these.
I ordered an "in training" tank top for my first Ironman. It took a while to be made and arrive, but I ordered it early, so it was not important for it to arrive quickly. It looks good and fits great!

The T-shirt that I received today was of very poor quality. Not only was the picture put on the shirt crooked, the transfer was a bit patchy. Not at all happy.

I literally just got this shirt, it fits, and it looks like I thought it would! The neck is a bit tighter than I usually go for ( my personal preference), but I still love this shirt!

I was very excited to find this shirt with all the dice outlined in a vibrant rainbow of colors. I expected them to really pop on the black background. But the real shirt has far more muted colors that are not true to the advertising picture. Very disappointing.
Update: I communicated with customer service, and was assured my photo displayed a sub-par product. The rep offered to send another shirt, that would supposedly reflect the advertised product. I naively agreed. The replacement arrived today. It is identical to the shirt I complained about. I will be asking for a refund.
Quick turn around and received them in time for our concerts!

I would like to return the long sleeve T-shirt I bought. I ordered a gray T-shirt and the font color is gray, also. You cannot read what it says. It did not appear that way to me when I ordered it.
