When I saw the ad, I loved how shiny the shirt was, but when I received it, it was not shiny at all, just a shirt that has been pressed. Very disappointing.

I bought this as a gift and to my surprise I received the shirts with the print that is so very dull and not bright and shiny at all as it looks in your advertisement. I want a refund. So disappointing. I will not order from this site again. So sad!
In the ad for the shirt I ordered they made it look like the shirt had crystals on it. What I received was a shirt that a poor quality picture of a design made with crystals. I am very very dissatisfied and actually believe that I was ripped off and I will NOT order from this site again. If they will not refund my money, thank goodness I paid using PayPal. I will be filing a complaint with them and asking them for my money back.
Ordered a M, L and XL. Received 2 L's and 1 XL. Missing my M... but have an extra L. They will not reply to my email or my call.
I spent $40.00 plus tax & shipping to get a metal plate for the base of the clock and cheap plastic parts to assemble the workings of the clock. There was not any protective packaging in the box. I am greatly disappointed. I did order a few more items around the same time. I received one other but not the other as of yet. I won't order anything else from your company.
So far all is good. The two items I ordered arrive. They are gifts so I will share the receivers opinions once they have opened their gifts.
The shirt shown online showed glittery texture, but the shirt arrived with a basic iron-on image. I thought the price was good for the product when I expected higher quality embellishments as shown online. The cost was too high for an iron-on which is what was delivered.
Ordered it for my Granddaughter's birthday. She fell in love with it on screen when she was reading the different screens. But, when she received it, she loved it even more. Thank you for perfect gift.
Was very disappointment, ordered a orange shirt and received a red one. The gift was for my son in law and he likes orange, not red.

The screen printing was not good, it looks faded. The quality isn't what I expected. I bought this for a gift and I don't know if I'm going to give it to the person or just throw it away.

You get this product at great value. I feel this is a great product for what I paid. Washes and wears very well, retains color, shape, and comfort.
Very good communications. It was delivered when it said it was going to be delivered. Gave great details of when things were happening. When the ordered was received, when it was going to be printed and when it was going to be delivered.
Shirt I received was not the one pictured. Order at your own risk. No invoice or way to return item. Ended up throwing it away. Lesson learned.

It took 3 weeks to receive the shirt & the material is very stiff. I am actually washing the shirt right now so we'll see how that turns out.
