I was sent an email that package was on it's way then received another email stating the package had been delivered. All it said was left with customer but how interesting since I was not home. They also changed the delivery from UPS to USPS and now no one is willing to help me or replace what I have already paid for and not received. I am starting to feel that this is another bad instagram, facebook ad that is all BS. DO not use this company as far as I keep seeing it is all FAKE!
One of the two shirts I had made seems to be off centered. The quality of the Mens T-shirt is better than the quality of the Ladies tank top.
I was so beyond excited for this gift. My husband has been a FAN of Joes for many, many years! He moved his household years ago and got to know Joe personally thru that and moving the Football equipment for the 49ers for many, many years. So I was clearly disappointed with the quality of the numbering. The T-shirt is nice quality, but I don't think Joe would like the lettering either. Very cheap, looks like a child ironed on the number
Three times I asked about my order which was to be shipped 11/18/18. Received vague answers from support. Ordered 2 T-shirts. Said 1 shipped, no answer about the 2nd shirt. Today is 12/5/18 and still have not received a good answer or products!
Never will I order from here again!
This shirt appears to be excellent. The stitching is top notch and the Color is very vibrant. It's not been worn yet it is a gift it appears size accurate...
Ordering was easy. Found it through Facebook. Site kept me updated when shirt was ordered, made up, and shipped. Love the little Christmas Shelties!
Item shipped to wrong address was told I'd get refund but they resent item that I no longer wanted. Emailed back n forth with company and still the item shipped with no refund
The shirts were everything i expected, except that I ordered the sweatshirt in Navy and I received Black... my husband threw it in the washer before I had a chance to return it..
I was not happy with my purchase, items not nearly as vibrant as pictured. No paperwork was included in package, I have made two attempts to contact company about a return and have received no response. I would not recommend this company.
We ordered two colors: Ash and White. The Ash sweatshirt is very cute with a regular crew neckline, a Jerzee brand. The white sweatshirt has a very high crew neckline - it is a Guilden brand (my least favorite). I would not have ordered a Guilden sweatshirt had I known. I would have ordered two in Ash.
Shirt was nothing like advertised. Looked on the website shiney and glittery. Recieved a dull shirt. Sleeves didn't look as sleeves did in advertisement. Lastly and worst of all the shirt stinks. A strong odor nearly undescribable. Purchasing something new should be unwrinkled and have that new product smell. That was exactly the opposite of what this sorry was.
It was exactly what I wanted and came rather quickly too. I was even able to follow a UPS Tracker they emailed me while I was waiting for it!
It was an easy process, and I got what I ordered. The quality is good and it made the perfect present!
It's been 2 weeks since my order. Neither have even shipped. I don't even have a confirmation email for one of them. Super sketch.
I thought the lettering/colors would be more vibrant. The colors are faded and smaller than they appear on the image displayed.
Just looked like a cheap iron on decal, not good quality for the $ spent, shirt itself was good material.
I ordered two shirts and was charged for both of them but only got one in the mail and I've no idea I'd the other one was shipped out or not.
