I have not received the Red Sox long sleeved shirts what I purchased. They were purchased as gifts for the Chanukah holiday which soon will be gone
This order is a Christmas present and part of the decal is so faded it don't look like a quality product
If it was a Christmas tee shirt it was excellent. If it was grinches only one as arrived. Sonthat said since the article was not mentioned I frankly do not know how to rate you.
This is a Christmas present so at this time all I can say is that it looks nice and well made. I ordered a large and it looks like a large so I think the sizing is right on.
They sent my package with only a street address on the shipping label. No street name, just the house number. How these idiots managed to over look that important of a detail when producing a shipping label is beyond me. Obviously there is little to no paying attention to details at this place.
When I see the problem and email them, it takes about 24 hours for a response, which while acceptable only gives a canned response that doesn't address the problem or issue. When i reply back WITHIN 2 minutes of their response I"m still waiting 29 hours later for a reply.
When you call their office, you get nothing but a generic "sorry all customer service agents are busy". After six and a half minutes it forces you to leave a voice mail and disconnects. I have now called 5 different times and every call ends the same way. There is NO WAY a support specialist isn't available after 30+ minutes of wait time.
I got exactly what I wanted, and it arrived quicker than I thought it would. The color, style, and sizes where rite up my alley.
I would defiantly purchase again.
I was really looking forward to this shirt, was suppose to be a present but was so disappointed with quality just going to keep it and wear it around the house
Have yet to receive the order. I will call Paypal for a refund. What a pain in $#*! on your review site. U sent me the E mail. I will file complaint with FB & Paypal
The Grinch is a green blob. I had to prove it to them by sending a picture. Their first reply, prior to the picture, was rather rude and quite frankly they had very poor customer service. After I sent the picture, they did apologize and told me they would print a new one after I already told them that I wanted a refund. I told them in my 3rd email to them that I would prefer a refund at which time they finally agreed to refund my money as long as I sent the tshirt back. Which I intend to do. Hopefully, I get my money back in a timely fashion and without anymore hassle.
I received an email telling me it had been shipped and the delivery date for 11/29 and there was no sign. I tried calling and left a message. No one got back to me. I did the chat online with customer service and they didn't know what was going. The order showed up a week after the due date with no explanation from anyone.
While the finished products were just as described, all of them were shipped at random times and separately. Please consider saving some plastic and only shipping out an order when it is finished.
One shirt you can't even see the design, company won't call me back, I've left 5 messages.The other 3 shirts look nothing like picture on we sight. I will never order from them again
Shirt arrived in a timely manner for a printed item but it looked like a second. The printing was streaky. Could have been a design choice but not as shown
The printing of the T-shirt looks blurry and cheaply applied. Disappointed because I was looking forward to this shirt
I ordered a "bling" Christmas tee shirt with wine glasses. It just recently arrived and there is no "bling". It's a iron on print which in the picture looked like there was actually "bling", but there is none. I am in the processing of trying to return the tee shirt. ($32.80)
I was surprised that the size was great but the print looked faded a d worn. Wasn't too happy with that but still ok with it
Logo is printed off center and crooked. Looks awful.
I have contacted the company about a replacement
Have bought several products and will continue to do so. Great quality product and Great Service. Will continue to purchase in the future!
