Dissatisfied with feedback from customer service. Not enough info on tracking as I need this by Christmas. Thats all i can rate right now as I do t have the product.
I ordered 1 shirt on November 26th. I still have not received it yet and there is no tracking of It.
I ordered a shirt on November 29 and fairly quickly they sent word it had shipped. HOWEVER when I clicked the link it turns out they only made a label. No product was ever given to the shipper to deliver. The status has not changed and it is now December 10th. I don't think it is going to come.
Very disappointed.

I ordered an item through ViralStyle roughly two weeks ago and the USPS reports that it was never even shipped.
I reached out about my issue via fb and was told to email and I did with no response. The ink looked like it had ran out on the shirt I got and all of the letters were blurry behind it. No one even cared to fix the problem.
The product still has not been received. The ship date now shows 12/20 which probably means I won't be able to have it for Christmas. The communication from this company is not good.
Sweater was really cheap in quality. Not worth the premium. Probably would not purchase nor recommend others.

The advertising photo for the t-shirt gave the impression the logo sparkled'! I. e. With sequins or rhinestones but when it arrived it's flat and matt and not at all what I was led to believe from the photo.
The shirt I received is not Men's size. More like boys size. If I would of known I would of got two size bigger. End up giving the shirt to my 16 year old daughter that fit her..
Buttercup and Grinch switch are double printed. I worked printing t-shirts and would never have let that shirt go out. Very disappointed and will not be ordering again from this company.
The print quality is just OK. My husband does not have as keen of an eye for detail as I do, so I think he will be happy with it. A few things bother me though-- 1. The print quality is rather dull. Not near as vibrant as their website photos show. 2. There are some minor print issues, areas where the ink bled &/or spots of white ink where it should not be. The printing is also slightly blurry. 3. Placement of the logo is awkwardly high, right under the neckline. I would recommend lowering the logo by a few inches to be mid-chest level instead of right under the neckline...
I received this email to rate my experience with ViralStyle but I have not received the order yet. I have tried to call and email to find out the status.
The item was ordered Nov 29. As of Dec 10, still notnat USPS for shipping. Item not received and worried i won't get it. Worried I may have lost my money.
I ordered 3 shirts. I received 2. I immediately called and left several voice mails and sent several emails over several days with no response.
These were gifts and now I am short a gift. Totally ruining my party this week.
I ordered 2 T-shirt's. I received an email a long time ago saying, "congrats your order was shipped." Well when I went to track the order, it hadn't actually been shipped and had a shipping date of "12/9." So I waited for the 9th to come and go (yesterday). I used the link provided to track the package again, and now it's saying the shipping date is "12/20." This is very unorganized, I've been told one thing and getting another and I just want to know a real, final status of my order. I also called the customer service number and it goes straight to a recording and I have to wait for someone to call me back. I won't hold my breath. Don't order from this site.
I have not received what I ordered, though it was charged to my card a few weeks ago. I emailed the company, but have not received an answer.
I ordered before thanksgiving and am still waiting on my package. I got the tracking slip and it says it the label was created and usps is waiting on it. This update was from 11/29 and the package is still in the same status. Still waiting on my package.

Answer: Hi Mike My name is Wayne, and I'm also in Australia, - Melbourne. And you are doing the right thing buy not buying a shirt from Viralstyle. If you check the net there are a Lot of Unhappy Viralstyle customers, and I am another one. I also had a bad experience with this Shonky American Company. I was sent the Wrong T Shirt. And a lot of the complaints of Viralstyle relate to people receiving the wrong item, not what they ordered. Basically the problem is this is just a Money Hungary Company. They are More interested in the Mighty Dollar than providing a Decent Service. They have no Morals or Business Ethics. I'll explain, and lets just keep to shirts / tops for the moment. And yes they 'List' a lot of tops, and then add Different sizes, so there is a chance that not every design, type and size will be available. But Viralstyle Never message the buyer to inform them that their ordered top is out of stock / not available and offer the Buyer a refund. This IS their Problem, they Never offer a Refund, Yes the Mighty Dollar Drives this company. So they just send out another Item, and in doing this, acquire another sale, more incoming Money. And When they know they don't have you ordered Item, they put up the Wall to Block you from contacting them etc etc etc I Never got the Conformation Email, are not able to log into Viralstyle, and then tried to use the 'Forgot Password' email service, but that did not work, the Live Chat would not work for me, and was told was temporally out of service. YEP, they just don't want to talk to you, but they are very willing to take your MONEY
