I put in 2 separate orders for shirts. I haven't received the first one (a t-shirt) which was ordered over a month ago. The second order arrived a couple of days ago. I paid almost $70 to have a sweatshirt sent to my daughter. When she opened it- it ended up being a tshirt. I have tried contacting the company via telephone, email and online chat. I have yet to receive a response.
I was supposed to receive my order by now. It has been in "pre-shipment" since 12/4. I cannot get anyone to respond with an update. Never ordering from them again!
The quality of the printing was extremely poor. It looks faded or like it has been washed multiple times. It was meant to be a gift and it is too poor quality to give to anyone.
I have sent an email requesting a reprint with quality graphics or a refund so that I can purchase another gift.
Cute idea but the image printed on the shirt is very poor quality. Fuzzy and the colors are pretty muted.
Good shirt. I'm sure my daughter will enjoy this. Nice Christmas gift. Would order again. Good material and fast shipping.
Just disappointed in the fact that if I waited a day I could have saved 20%.

I ordered a shirt, it came and the lettering is not able to be seen because it is the same color as the shirt. I contacted the company the day I received it in the mail, and have not been contacted back yet regarding anything they plan to do to rectify the situation.
The quality of the print was bad. The cops face was all jacked up. Nothing like the photo. Why send it out if you can't iron it on right? Both tops were like that. Quality should be a priority and it clearly wasn't.
I have yet to receive what I ordered. Although the purchase date says December 4, I actually purchased this item November 17. I did get an email that the item was being shipped and had a tracking number. However, when I go to the USPS tracking service, it says that it has yet to even leave your facility. I am not a happy customer.
Ordered weeks ago and my order never shipped. They kept telling me the same excuse over and over. I cancelled my order.
I know it's Christmas time but 19 days and still waiting. I get all kinds of shipping notices which tell me nothing and we are sill waiting. Put some gas in the truck.
If I don't get it my weekend I thinl I'll ask for a refund.

Although there were some issues with mailing the shirt is great and they were fast on correctiong the problem.
I can't reply because I haven't received it yet so I'm hoping I haven't been ripped off! So if someone could provide that information I would appreciate it.

Christmas present for grandson, has not gotten it yet, I am sure he will like it. I like what I received.

If you check the net there are a Lot of Unhappy Viralstyle customers, and I am another one. I also had a bad experience with this Shonky American Company. I was sent the Wrong T Shirt. And a lot of the complaints of Viralstyle relate to people receiving the wrong item, not what they ordered. Basically the problem is this is just a Money Hungary Company. They are More interested in the Mighty Dollar than providing a Decent Service. They have no Morals or Business Ethics. I'll explain, and lets just keep to shirts / tops for the moment. And yes they 'List' a lot of tops, and then add Different sizes, so there is a chance that not every design, type and size will be available. But Viralstyle Never message the buyer to inform them that their ordered top is out of stock / not available and offer the Buyer a refund. This IS their Problem, they Never offer a Refund, Yes the Mighty Dollar Drives this company. So they just send out another Item, and in doing this, acquire another sale, more incoming Money. And When they know they don't have you ordered Item, they put up the Wall to Block you from contacting them etc etc etc I Never got the Conformation Email, are not able to log into Viralstyle, and then tried to use the 'Forgot Password' email service, but that did not work, the Live Chat would not work for me, and was told was temporally out of service. YEP, they just don't want to talk to you, but they are very willing to take your MONEY
