This company is a joke. Live chat is not live chat. Instead you're in a que for hours. Very poor service. Sad.
I placed an order on 11/19 for an ugly Christmas sweater to wear for my work's holiday party on 12/14. I received a notification on 12/5 that my item had shipped, but for several days after when I checked the tracking, there seemed to be no progress. Then, when I checked it on 12/10, it said my item wouldn't be delivered until 12/20, well after the event that I ordered it for in the first place. I contacted them and they said they couldn't be sure when it would arrive, as they were waiting on USPS. So, I decided to wait and see if it would come before 12/14, and if it looked like it'd be arriving too late, then so be it, I'd send it back. Fortunately, it arrived yesterday, 12/12, just in time. The quality of the item is great and the sizing is nice. I assume this is a smaller company, once they get their logistics worked out they should be on their way.

I ordered a medium, it does not look like a medium at all. I am giving it as a gift for Christmas however, I feel like I will need to exchange it.
It was for 1 Sweatshirt, and 2 t shirts. What I got was 3 sweatshirts and sending back arriving in the 17th. On 12/5 i placed the 3 ordered and YOU verified. What I got 3 sweatshirts. In the package I wrote the people filling your orders must be Elvira, fling monkey"s (wicket witch)
Well, who can I say? This is my first time buying items with ViralStyle and is very good service and fast shipping, so they deserve 5 stars for wonderful and professional job.
Shirt I got was really nice but had a few typos. The package took a few wakes to get to me. I wish it came a bit earlier but it wasn't anything terrible.
Not happy! Was to get my shirts on Dec 12th by UPS and now my shirts have been transferred over to USPS and my shirts are not to arrive untilDec 24th!
Shipped fast and nice quality. My husband saw this on a website or add and had to have it! I purchased and it was delivered within 2 weeks. Can't wait to give it to him in May for his 50th!
I didn't understand the waiting for printing or creating the items. I assumed that when I ordered the items they shipped within a few days. Love the merchandise, just don't like your system. Too old to get it I guess. Sorry
Quality of shirts is good. Printing is as advertised. Delivery as promised. Great gift for any Boston sports fan.
The quality is so bad! The logo was printed crooked, and the sizes are off. Customer service was supposed to change the size and resend. I have not received a new one but got an email another was shipped... wrong size.
It arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The quality is very good and the XL is true to size. Very pleased!
Picture shows nice Belding colors orange and black, But when it arrived it is faded red and almost gray. Very Disappointed.
My order was placed on Nov. 24th and I received a notice on Dec. 4th with shipping info. No updates since and it will show no order status other than pre shipping info. I replied to the emails for site support help on Dec 11th with absolutely no answers still today. Have no idea if it is going to make it for Christmas or even at all. Horrible service!
