I am answering as the buyer not the receiver of the shirt.
I ordered and paid for 2 tee shirts and only received one. I'm hoping the other one arrives before Christmas.
Order was delivered to wrong address, emailed and called, received no response. Do not do business with them

The shirts delivered were terrible. The pictures showed colorful glittered designs on them. What arrived were computer generated prints with dull colors nowhere near what was shown on the website. I can't give these gifts as I planned.
Emailed a few about 10 women. All wanted to meet, but when they came back to the states. Had all been over seas for many months. All fake profiles.
I love the Grinch and wanted many of these shirts but given the price, only two made the list. I did detailed research in their sizing, using the published chart and measuring against other shirts I own. I attempted to reach customer service prior to ordering but no luck... I should have listened to my gut instinct!
Finally arrived - and I could tell by the package it was not good news. The shirt is so small it won't fit but a middle school child! Additionally, the print quality isn't sharp but again, cool enough Grinch and fun sayings... one might live with it.
I attempted to contact Customer Service via all their Contact methods and received NO RESPONSE!
Unfortunately my order shipped incomplete missing one large tee shirt. I spoke with customer service and they are going to send my missing shirt, but it has not shipped yet. I ordered this for a Christmas gift and I am concerned it will not arrive in time.
The XL polo shirt I purchased (for an NFL Hall of Famer) is so short it will show his belly button. I was so disappointed when it arrived. I think I deserve a replacement that is the normal length for an XL man. Please advise me of how this can happen. He can't even wear the shirt from the crop-top length, and I know he'd have worn it to many NFL football games he broadcasts, just to show it off. Not with this poorly cut polo. It is worthless for an XL man to try to wear.

Item was to be delivered yesterday, theres no update and it appears my item is missing. This was a gift. To be asked to complete a survey and my item hasn't been delivered yet is very frustrating.
Not received my order yet so I can't comment on my experience. The order is taking a long time to arrive!

Don't is small and placed too high on the shirt. It is always almost see thru. Not worth the money sprint.
