The purchasing process was fine. Little unhappy that I could not use paypal as my payment source. Just kept looping and would not let the order go through. Beyond that things were good. Until I received my shirts. I waited to get my second shirt to see if the first one was just a... not so great one. But I have to say I am very unhappy with the print quality of both shirts. Its just not even close to what I expected or what is shown in the pictures online. Its just bad printing. I will not be using this service again.
It's just a printed t-shirt that has no shape. I thought it would sparkle but it's just print, with no charm.
They make nice gifts for Pittsburgh sports fans. Especially those who live out of town. Glad I saw the promo on fb.
Products took awhile to ship and the quality is not great. The sizes run small. A Men's medium is skimpy

The shirts are delivered in a relatively reasonable time. However, the image/silk screen was incredibly faded... nothing like the image advertised. Disappointing.

We got a quick order for a company Christmas gift and it all worked out great. The product was just as expected.

I love the shirts. The response to my email was very quick. I would like to have received a little sooner on the shirts but over all a great experience.
The shirt I ordered looks absolutely nothing like the shirt I received. Extremely poor quality. I did receive a refund which I appreciated. But the shirt was hideous.
The T-shirt was bigger than expected and very stiff and scratchy, but maybe after a wash with hot water and fabric softener it will be a cherished item.
They kept me updated on to where my order was, how many days. I wasn't billed before my order arrived. This is a Christmas present so i don't know how the shoes fit yet.
I have tried unsuccessfully twice to find out about my order. I tried on the site to do a live chat, but no one answered. I left a message on the phone but did not get a reply. Yesterday I sent an email and hope to find something out tomorrow.
I also tried to find out through the postal service but there's nothing there except when the order was placed on December 5.
If I don't hear tomorrow I will report this to my credit card company to have the charge reversed and write this off as a fraud.
