This looks nothing like in the picture. Faded colors, the S is clearly not an S. I can't even give this as a present which was my intention. It looks very amateurish.
The sweatshirt has a terrible odor, I have had it hanging in the fresh air since it arrived Saturday. Also is not true to size. I will more than likely need to return for larger size. BUT there was no paperwork included in the package. I will need return instructions please.
The cup I was looking to gift my father in law as a funny gift has been received with the handle completely broken. I can't present this to him now especially since this is the first Christmas since becoming his son in law after marrying his daughter this past June. The cup was packaged with a single layer of loose bubble wrap in a box that allowed the cup to move around. Nowhere on the box was marked fragile. Really disappointed :(
Poor quality of colors. Does not represent the teams colors it was supposed to. Otherwise everything was good.

I purchased a t-shirt and when it came in the mail it did not fit the description. The font on the front was too small. I purchased the shirt as a gift but was too embarrassed by it to actually give it as a gift. I tried to contact ViralStyle two times and still haven't heard back regarding a refund. Super frustrating!
The grinch shirts they were advertising on FB were really awesome. After I purchased 2 shirts at full price a window popped up advertising a much cheaper price for same shirts ($19.99). I emailed the company 3 different times to see if I could get another shirt with the amount I had already paid $67. XX (yes for 2 shirts, ridiculous price.) None of my emails were responded to. How can a company work this way. I have never seen such poor customer service. Great product, but you should have the service to back it. I got the 2 shirts, but it took a long time to get them.
I just wanted you to know that I never ordered anything from your company. I have an email that says I bought a T Shirt for $31.90. Never billed as you don't have my billing information. Ordered a Grinch mug on 11/18, email said it printed on 11/20, then NOTHING! They took my money, now contacting them is quite the chore. And I continue to wait...

Huge scam! They take your money and don't send you the product. I have sent multiple messages, emails, tried fb messenger, and calling. Phone goes to voicemail. Live chat doesn't work.
