The advertisement picture of the t-shirt looked way better than the original t-shirt. The t-shirts and lettering look faded and just not what I expected. Just very disappointed!

Ordered dec 6 for a Christmas present, as of 1:30am dec 25 have not received. Wrote twice never recieved an answer will never buy grin this company again
I have received all emails saying my order was created and my order was to be shipped on Dec 11. It is Dec 19 and I have not received it. This is a Christmas gift and I expect to have it by Christmas, if not I would like a refund and the order. I am very disappointed.
I ordered 3 of your shirts for my son and kids they look good hope they don't shrink thou the colors are very bright and great looking
Ordered multiple shirts on Nov 25 and still not shipped on Dec 19. Not likely to arrive for Xmas and now they have shut down all direct contact thru phone or chat. Worst experience ever. If possible to give zero stars would do so.
The tracking number I was given listed my shirt as delivered, but I never got it. I had to find out from the Post Office that it was returned to sender because the apartment number was not listed on the address. I'm pretty sure I filled that in when I placed the order.
How can you, in good conscience, send out such a worthless product? Never again will I buy from you!
I placed my order on November 28. As of December 19, it is still in "pre-shipment". I called several times and left voicemails but no one has responded. I am extremely disappointed in ViralStyle because the shirt I ordered was a gift for my son's elementary school teacher, and because it hasn't even shipped yet he will not be able to give him this gift before Christmas. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from this company again.
I bought the "Boston" Sweatshirt for my husband for Christmas. I can't wait to give it to him because I love it and so will he! Great Quality!
I placed an order over a month ago. I didn't receive any emails or confirmations other than Paypal. It took me two days to reach the company due to long waits on the Live Chat and on the phone. After digging, I found my order information and it never shipped. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift that I ordered well in advance.
Wonderful experience. Always timely delivery and shirts are always well done! Look forward to future purchases.
I received the wrong item and are very upset. My daughter ordered this to give to her dad for Christmas and now she has nothing!
While the idea of the product was great, I was shipped the wrong size. When I voiced my complaint, it took days for a response. Then I was told the product would be replaced. So I waited. And waited. And waited. Two weeks later I asked where the product was and was told they were waiting for me to say I wanted it? Really?!? Saying I wanted wasn't enough. I had to say I wanted it. I finally received it yesterday with no time to ship it for Christmas. So now I must drive 8 hours to hand deliver the gift.

First order was CANCLED for a questionable reason. Was skeptable of this website and tried again with a positive outcome.
I didn't understand the shipping it went from UPS to USPS and the tracking number wasn't available to track almost throughout the entire shipping duration. The shirt isn't clear, it looks like it's been washed already and is cracked throughout the print. Because my husband loves Stan Lee, he's going to love the shirt, but the quality of the screen print isn't what I thought it would be and for a 2XL it looks more like a Large or XL.
It was as the picture said but the iron on transfer is fuzzy and the colors are not bright as shown in the picture.
Kinda disappointed with the work for the cost.
