Before I purchased items for Christmas gifts, I emailed the company to ensure they would be received in time for Christmas (I explained I had to wrap them and then ship them back out). I was promised they would arrive in plenty of time.
The arrived on 12/19, offering very little turnaround time. And, when I opened them, the printing on the shirts was not on straight. Here I am, December 20th, and I have to return these products, at my own expense, for a refund. I'll be out at the mall on Friday night before Christmas, purchasing new gifts that I have to overnight on a Saturday to arrive by Christmas Eve.
I will NEVER EVER purchase anything from Viralstyle again. Poor quality of work and poor customer service.
The screen print was horrible it looked like it was washed several times already. Reached out to the company about getting a replacement with no response. Check other reviews you will find similar comments, wish I had checked before my purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!
I ordered this mug for my mom's christmas present a few weeks ago and the USPS shipping label was finally printed last week but USPS did not recieve the item until this week. I live in NH and it's cominng from FL so I'm very displeased with this shipping issue.
Customer service was not helpful at all. An order placed on 11/25/18 was completed after an order placed at a later date. No information on how to return items, no invoice included. Quality of product was poor

I ordered on the 4th of December. It said it would be delieved by the 21st on the original email. They sent me an email stating it was shipped on the 18th. When I track it, it only says that a label was printed. It has not been shipped and I've tried numerous times to cancel. As of today it still has not been shipped. They told me in an email that due to high demand a lot of items have been delayed. So why can't they refund if they didn't send it? Clearly seems like a scam
It took a long time for my order to arrive and shipping was expensive. I ordered 2 t shirts about 2 weeks apart. The first t shirt I received was supposed to be a "premium" t shirt, the tag on it says "light weight". I still have not received the other t shirt which is supposed to be just a "cotton" t shirt. I can not imagine it being less quality than the supposed "premium" one. I thought maybe they got it reversed. We'll see once my other order comes in.
When I ordered my product I was told it would be here in 3 business days. Instead, I am still waiting a month later. I doubt I will use your service again.
It says my item is awaiting USPS pickup in Tampa... since December 14! I can't contact ViralStyle.

Saw this as a suggested on my Facebook and I clicked on it. I ordered easily and chose quick shipping. Got the shirts in time for the National Championship Playoffs!
The label was created a week ago and it has still not shipped. I'm not convinced this company is legitimate.
I thought I had purchased the wrong shirt and called their customer service number and left them a detailed message with all the info they requested and I never received a call back. Luckily I checked the picture my sister had sent and the shirt was correct but disappointed no one called me back.
I ordered 2 mugs for Christmas approximately a month ago, but they still haven't been delivered. I'm not sure if I'm going to receive them or not.
I was not sent an email when the shirt was mailed. I don't feel communication was professional in comparison to other sites I have ordered from. I still do not have my order which was a Christmas gift.
