VIP Survival Academy — Survive SHTF Reviews Summary

The company exhibits a mixed reputation, with some customers expressing satisfaction with the quality of products, such as backpacks and survival gear. However, a significant number of reviews highlight serious concerns regarding customer service, particularly issues with unauthorized subscription charges and a lack of responsive support. Many customers report difficulties in canceling subscriptions, receiving no replies to their inquiries, and feeling misled by promotional offers. Overall, while product quality may be satisfactory, the company's customer service approach requires substantial improvement to address ongoing complaints and enhance customer trust.

False advertisement
July 17, 2023

I wanted to buy the book bag that was advertised on Facebook and they charged me 20$ for shipping.(ok fine) The following month I got charged the same price for a subscription I never signed up for. I hate sneaky companies that do this. Be a company of integrity.

Ghost company
March 2, 2023

As of today, I have received no response from this company regarding the bag I supposedly won and paid a hefty shipping and handling fee to receive. The only thing I DID receive was an inbox full of more emails with more supposedly free items that I'm sure I won't receive either.

Scam of ongoing charges
January 26, 2023

Their email said I could get this free backpack, then I could add all this other stuff,. I added only a couple items
Then after 4 months notice I was also being charged 9,95 per month for nothing.
I reported them as spam after their barrage of annoying emails. I just contacted my CC company to backcharge
The unauthorized charges.

Will screw you over
April 27, 2022

I ordered a vest or something from them back in 2019, I can't remember to be honest. Shortly after the order I noticed charges for $21.20 showing up on my credit card. Days before my son had asked if he could set up a gaming subscription and use my card, he earns his money but he has no credit card. So, I went on and though it was his charge. Not long ago he asked me why I was still taking the $21.20 out since he stopped the service only months after he started it. I told him because I was being charged for it. I then began to look into the CLKBANK charges and found out they were a "subscription" charge to VIP Survival Academy for information emails each month. I contacted my credit card and told them to stop accepting the charge and to dispute all of the charges. My credit card company came back and said they had documented proof from VIP that I accepted the monthly charge. I then contacted CLKBANK, they were nice but are only the clearing house for the charges. I then contacted VIP and they spent less time explaining and trying to help with the charges than they did fighting the dispute with the bank. I wrote to them to request a full refund for fraudulent charges made and they of course forgot me. I was deceived out of $442.00 because I did not check a box at the bottom of the screen in a hidden away place where no one can see it. So these guys collect their $21.20 from thousands of people who did the same. Don't order anything from them because it may end up costing you 20 times what it is actually worth. And honestly, I can't give them negative starts so I had to do at least 1 star and that was way too much.

I got an email from VIP Guns owners to "try " a tactical back pack. I am kind of a gear junkie and am always looking for a deal. I have purchased items like this before from other vendors. So i order it. I get the invoice and it shows i paid the $14.99 for shipping and owe $44.99. So i contact Clickbank. The item has shipped and they tell me to contact VIP survival academy directly. So i send email one with a note to cancel my order, day two no response so I send another email requesting that they cancel my order, no response day three i send another emai. I then search them online and find that they offer the same backpack for free just pay shipping. So I send them another email and and ask them to cancel the order and send me the free backpack. My bad for not paying attention BUT they offer it for free. So make sure you read all of the site's information. Maybe they will respond but it has been three days. Terrible customer service
