I purchased an apple ipad pro 128g on VipOutlet with 15% discount coupon. However, I received an apple ipad pro 64g, and it was not the latest model and the color was silver. Therefore, I send an email to their customer service about the situation. They told me to return the ipad pro back but they only offer a 10% discount coupon. Moreover, it would took a long time to receive the refund. I don't have extra money to buy a new one and I really need an ipad pro for studying now.
As a result, I decided to keep the ipad pro and told them to provide me partial refund. They replied me "Thank you for considering in keeping the item. We would be happy to ask the management for a possible partial refund to offer on this order, but before we do that we need to visually inspect the item. Could you please provide us with pictures of what you've described, serial number(s) and any labels on the box. Please include also the blue sticker that contains the TRG". After I provide all the pictures and videos, they asked me to return the ipad pro back without any reasonalbe explain for me. They waste my time and treat me like an idiot.

I purchased a set of Pokemon trading card tins on vipoutlet. The tins came in brand new condition, the shipping was fast and free, and the variety of constant deals and coupons offered made the product below MSRP. I also don't know if it was just good luck but I also pulled some amazing cards from the tins! Definitely new product that wasn't sketchy or resealed.

Was skeptical with order. But overall satisfaction was wonderful. I am happy my order came in two days and would definitely use vip againg.

I have purchased numerous items from VIPOutlet over the past couple of years. Fast and efficient ordering, friendly customer service in the unlikely event you ever need them. Every Item accurately described. "Grade A" & "Grade B" quality items better than expected. Many Items deep discounted, but you have to check the site frequently and act quickly as these items sell out fast! Always free shipping on every item. Great coupons usually available on total sales over $25.

Don't do it. Pay more and shop elsewhere. I made a purchase on 11/27.4 minutes after the first purchase, another order was submitted but for $70 more than the first. This scared me so I immediately requested cancellation of both. The first order was canceled but they couldn't access the second in the system. On 12/4, I was charged $240 for this order but they still couldn't cancel. Yesterday the order changed from "pending" to "delivered". An order was never made or received. Today I was told I will be refunded "sooner or later". This is a nightmare! Do not order from this company. RUN!

This new tv has a great sound! The lg 28" smart tv is perfect for the bedroom for nights on netflix with the husband! Lightweight, sturdy, and clear picture quality makes the price an even better value! Less than $80 after coupons!

I used to buy items from VIPOutlet at eBay since few years. I recently realized that they do have a website and we can place order(s) directly. I have purchased an item (condition Like New). After order placed, I had a question about the order and i sent a email to them. They replied in quick time(within an hour on a non-business day) with the details. Shipping was amazing fast. Shipped on next business day and received in 2 days. Though "item description says Like new", i received it the product with plastic wrapped, All accessories are present. Just started using, no issues so far. I really impressed the service, product quality. They do have a 30 day returns, which gives me peace-of-mind.
