I have ordered decals in the past from Vinyl Disorder with no problems at all they came very quickly. This time I ordered and paid for three identical decals, however when I opened the envelope there was only one decal in the envelope. I notified Vinyl Disorder of the discrepancy and have had no response from them. Not a happy camper

They lack sense of responsive or customer service. With technology today, it's mindboggling that a company or service is not able to return communication to customers - which infers that the company really does not care or value service to their customers.
Additionally, when my products were finally delivered (late), they were unusable because the pixel resolution was grossly poor. Vinyl Disorder did send a caveat in an email of low-resolution, but the attached proof graphic looked great - it was the farthest thing from my (or any customer) expectation...

Dont bother, use another company instead. These guys are crooks and do not care about you. If you have a problem, too bad you already paid for it. You want it fixed? Buy the same thing twice. "oh heres a discount on our overpriced crap." you pay when they make a mistake, and you have to wait three months to even find out they made a mistake because you never get your friggin order. Lazy crooks.

I have purchased multiple horse decals for my cars... They never given me a problem and always in the color (gold) that I wanted to coordinate with my brown or bronze colored cars. Never a problem sticking... Excellent service.
