I haven't received my free stickers yet. But I know once I do I'm going to love them and you're going to be perfect. Because you can just tell that they have really great quality, and they care about what they're doing. And they let their fans, customers, friends no just how much they love their support and they won't let you down. I recommend that you should definitely check them out.

These guys make some of the coolest stickers I've seen online. Great designs and really good quality as well.

I've stopped using Vinyl Disorder, after giving them a chance a few times.
Usually, when I'm ordering, the website is such an antiquated mess that it drops information, whatever it's selections you've made about finishes, or just the image entirely. Something will be wrong, the page will refresh, some of your previous options are unchecked when they were once checked... everything just goes chaotic. After the fifth attempt at making a coherent order, it might go through.
For my final order with them, they made a mistake; they printed something with a border when I'd asked them not to. They also printed something without a border when I'd left the border option selected. I was fine with the second one, but it was still an error, but it ruined the first design. They admitted to their mistake, but they would not correct the issue except for a small discount on my next order.
I've had one other company make this kind of error and they were very quick to replace the misprinted stickers. Do not expect the same kind of service with this company. If they make a mistake, it's on you.
I will not be using them anymore; there are other options that cost just as much and offer better service and a better website.

I am very impressed by vinyl disorders customer service. I am an international customer and couldn't find a way to make the quoted postage fee make sense for my order, so I emailed and asked if letter mail could work, and they agreed! Wow. Hard to find that these days. We then went back and forth to figure out the right dimensions and cut style, all very painless. A small hiccup where my first order never arrived, but after I emailed in a bit of a huff asking for a refund (thanks for your patience), they resent the stickers and they arrived with tracking tonight. I am very impressed at the quality, durability, colours (so bright and accurate), and overall feel of the stickers. I am also amazed by the customer service. I hope to buy from them again when the time comes. Thank you!
