I ordered a gift for my brother in law on December 14. The website stated that items are printed to order in about three business days. I knew I would be cutting it close for Christmas, but I received no update about when my order would be ready, and no response from the customer service when I reached out before Christmas. In fact, at one point when I looked up my order status, it was simply gone. I ultimately had to print off a picture of the hoodie I bought him, and didn't receive the hoodie until early January (more or less out of the blue).

I truly hate posting negative ratings but have not had any luck with manufacturer. Order was delayed. Missed Xmas. Box arrived empty. No response *******@vintagebrand - My guess is they manufacture and fulfill through third parties and don't have a lot vested. $ is not going to break me but would at least like the product or refund...

Ordered with plenty of time before Xmas, never arrived and couldn't get a hold of anyone for an update. Almost three weeks after the order, I was told the items weren't even in production yet and it would arrive the week after Xmas. Two weeks later still nothing… then I was told one item is out of stock. Not a single apology. I felt like I was inconveniencing them by asking. And I have to wait 7-10 days for a refund. Absurd. Buyer beware!

I ordered a shirt but three weeks later they don't respond to any messages or promise any delivery date. Check reviews on other sites— terrible ratings.

Website very easy to use, a lot of options to look at and purchase.

Ordered an in stock item for a holiday present and still waiting for it to ship

This was the notification I received for order placed on December 14,2023 and item did not arrive until January 3,2024. "Currently, our estimated completion time frame for most orders is 3 business days before shipping."
This was a Christmas gift that obviously didn't come in time.

I ordered a hoodie that didn't come for 2 weeks and never got a response from customer service

While I really like the item I ordered it was stated that it would arrive by the 23rd of Dec. But it didn't arrive until the 26th. I would not have ordered from Vintage Brand had I known that my order would arrive after Christmas because it was a gift.

It took way to long to receive. The large is more like xl

My order took nearly two weeks to ship. I reached out to vintage multiple times for updates and did not hear anything back. I would not buy from them again.

It took 3 weeks for me to receive the shirt I ordered, missing Christmas all together. I realize that there were a lot of orders at the same time, but I did have to buy another less quality shirt for under the tree. I am glad that I got the shirt I ordered and am pleased with its appearance and quality.
