Good experience, very fast. Used it to look up a car I was buying

Customer service is abysmal. No easy way to cancel your subscription even if you didn't want one. So far they have taken £25 from me when I only wanted to check the history of one car and I don't want to check any others. I just want them to stop taking my money and a reply from customer services to confirm my unwanted subscription is cancelled

I thought this website also worked for cars in Canada since Toyota produced them in the States.

I needed to find out if my car had been in any accident and what location it came. I didn't get a good value on the car but in general satisfactory experience.

My son is purchasing a used car and this service has been great because we can check the Vin number and it lets us know all of the issues with the car. If there have been any accidents if the maintenance has been maintained. It's truly saved us quite a bit of money.

It just was hard to negative your website. This is hard to have things done if your going just keep charging me for one pdf and another file. But that's your website and business. I do ethics for a living and your company needs it more.

So I paid my dollar only to find out my vin # was I valid. After contacting owner he reported to me the same number. After more searching I find there are no sites for R.zv.'s Kindly post what vin #'s you run...

I was charged for your service and then was told my Vin # was incorrect. I tried again after verifying my Vin # with title and still no results were given. Said it wasn't found or incorrect. So I paid for a service but received no results.
