Vindale will send surveys to your email then because it's through the email they don't give you points, this has happened twice and I have to cut and paste the survey then get someone to credit the account. They did do so when I went asked them and told them which survey it was.
I've had these problems before with this company. I thought I would give them another chance but it was a mistake to me. I closed my account and forfeited my 4.68 because I just don't trust the site.
Since the change, I haven't been participating because I'm having issues with my PayPal. So they sent me a final payment and closed my account until I can fix my PayPal. :(
I've been a member of Vindale for about 6 years. It takes $50.00 to cash out, which takes a while because although there are a ton of surveys, I don't qualify for a lot of them. There's also other things like a community forum and contests, etc. You just have to be patient and persistent.

It's a good site if you have time you can contribute to it everyday and not burn yourself out for one week.
It offers many kind of surveys. There are different kinds so any one can qualify. It pays good. I work on this site at least 1 hour per day.
They send a link to your email for a survey, you go straight to the survey and finish it and figure out you didn't get points.
Why? Because you're not logged in.
I doubt this is an oversight on their part. If you link to a survey in someone's email, at least have a place for them on the page to login or reroute to the login page
This site did actually pay me once but it takes over a year to even earn any money and 99% of the surveys are not able to be done - waste of time...
I am tired and disappointed of not qualifying for any survey. I keep seeing people who received checks constantly but in my case is the opposite. I begun with similar sites at almost the same time and I have already received rewards.
In need of quick money thinking Vindale is the way. Its not! This website only benefits the owner & the businesses they use. I've been doing surveys day in & out for the past month, and they haven't paid me for some of my surveys and any of my referrals. In which I got 19 by the way. I tried contacting them at *******253 and there was an automated message stating that they aren't taking any phone calls at the moment and to contact them by email. And, guess what! Both emails are inactive. This is a low down site, scamming people for their time and not paying them. PLEASE! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! I'm seriously thinking about putting in a lawsuit for false advertising and wage theft!
It doesnt even tell you your signed in and it wants you to take surveys without being able to view your account and balance. SCAM dont go here.
