Every year the city of Victorville CA shutdown payments for approx 3-4 weeks. They want everyone to come into the office and pay cash. They say that their 3rd party payment system is having issues. What every year? I scheduled my payment through my bill pay, and the city of Victorville posted it 1 week later as received. What payment company takes that long to correct?
