The bath mixer tap I bought failed after 5 months. After a very slow response from customer service they agreed to refund the purchase price but did not refund the postage I had paid having it delivered - very petty. I sent them a copy of the £70 plumbers bill for having new taps fitted but they won't pay it. So due to THEIR product failing I am a total of £76.95 out of pocket. As I am currently unemployed I cannot afford this loss. What makes it worse is they just don't seem to give a stuff! I would never use them again and would not recommend. Funny how on their site they get 5 star reviews!
Just worth noting that Victorian Plumbing do not publish *any* negative product reviews on their website so don't trust the glowing five stars for every product they sell - they are not accurate as i have discovered after two sets of taps both leaked within two years.
Bad experience with this company. Made my order, paid for delivery. Got confirmed a day to stay home and wait for the delivery. Never happened... and called them and they blame the supplier as the tiles have to be delivered directly from the 3rd party. I am not still waiting to hear back from them and they don't have control on the orders and deliveries. Suggest to avoid this company if you have options
I sent back one item out of 12 ordered 2 vanity units the same size, one was fine one a little to small, l telephoned for it to be returned the lady was very rude, she Told me just read the return policy and put the phone down, l never opened the box It was in the same condition it was delivered to me, l sent the item back by parcel2 go collected from my local post office at a cost of £29. Victorian plumbing will not give me a refund had attached photos with the box opened the vanity unit smashed to pieces, not possible, l have had £200 stolen from me. So please don't use this company they are evil. L had to give them a 1 wanted to give a 0
We purchased a shower cubicle incl. Tray. In all pictures the tray showed the waste by the door but when received it had the waste in the corner (Away from door). When we called up we were asked to send pictures in by email. After doing so we did not hear back.
After 4 days, we called to be told that they have now received the pictures, agreed that we have the wrong tray as to what is shown and will pass onto the escalations team. They said we would receive a reply in 48 hours.
After another 4 days we had to call back to ask what was going on. After a lengthy wait on the phone, while the operator checked, he confirmed the images on their site were wrong but that unfortunately they do not have a tray with the waste by the door (they do have them shown to purchase individually). They said all they could do is arrange collection and refund.
Unfortunately a little too late as we had already had to get a fitter so the job was delayed and costing us for their error. Would not recommend or use again
Absolutely rubbish. Poor customer service, no help or support offered after a broken vanity sink was delivered. Lots of money spent with a company that do not care about the product or the customer DO NOT USE VICTORIAN PLUMBING

Very poor. I ordered a number of large items and paid extra for their "Diamond Delivery" which on the delivery info page is described as follows:

However far from being able to agree a suitable date for delivery I was told when delivery would take place which was nearly 2 weeks later. I was given a 2 hour delivery slot which was not honoured and an hour after the delivery slot I received a text changing the delivery slot with no reference to me no warning nothing.
When I called Victorian Plumbing to complain their "customer service" rep was most unhelpful and basically could not give a monkeys.

It gets 1 star purely for the fact there's no option to give zero. We ordered a bath and shower screen and bath panel set. It arrives and we scan it over and it appears to look ok. My other half is a plumber so he goes to put the bath in a couple days later, low and behold there's a crack at the bottom side of the bath barely visible, so we'd missed it. But it's there and it's a crack. So I contacted Victoria plumbing on the Wednesday. Bearing in mind we ripped the bath and the whole bathroom apart on the Monday. After showering at family's houses I couldn't wait to have a bath in my own house. Contacted VP to say the bath was broken and the lady I spoke to was actually really helpful, based on that experience alone I would've given them 5 stars; she said she'd send out a replacement bath on next day delivery to arrive with us the following day on Thursday. Thought ok fair enough, accidents happen! The bath came on Thursday, admittedly we didn't check it over immediately, we naively thought it would be fine because it was a replacement and they would have checked it before sending it. We checked it over in the evening when I got home from work. We ordered a curved bath. The side of the curved bath was smashed, possibly looking like the ratchet strap had been pulled too tight on it in the delivery truck. Either way, the replacement bath for the broken one, also broken. I went to phone them but the offices were closed. Helpful. Phoned bang on 9:30 in the morning, on good Friday. The man I spoke to was extremely rude, he refused to put me on to a manager and s$#*!ed when I said I wanted to speak to his superior and he went ha my superior!?' And refused. He said the best they could do was delivery by Wednesday NEXT WEEK a for another bath. I said that is preposterous. That would make it a week since the first bath was supposed to be in. I said so you're ok with leaving me with no bath or shower for a week, due to VP giving me rubbish baths? He said nothing else they could do. I refuse to believe that. For start he didn't even say he'd do it next day delivery, which the other lady did do, because that would've gotten it to us for Tuesday at the very very least by his standards.
He spoke over me and then called me by the wrong name, which when you're already riled up because the company have shafted you, is a big deal. He told me I could dispose of the baths myself, how the hell do I do that? In the end I said forget it just give me my money back. He said I'd have a refund within 72 hours. It's been 4 days and still no refund.
VP sent me two faulty baths, then were happy to leave me with no working bath/shower for over a week. Seriously do not use this company. All it's done is shafted us! When I get refunded I won't be getting the £25 I spent for the postage, so I'm now £25 down, been messed about completely. Honestly don't waste your time with them.
Order processed & delivered on time. But with small damage.We agreed a partial refund, however it has taken 6 weeks to get the refund processed! Numerous emails, several phone calls to different customer service representatives. Only got the PayPal notification that it has been paid whilst waiting for a Manager to call me back, funny that. I would suggest that they need more internal process training to get the systems robust. A very frustrating experience.
Was due to have my bathroom suite delivered yesterday. Nobody knew where it had gone. Eight phone calls later. I was told it would arrive at 2pm.it arrive 4.30. Never again would I deal with this company.

They've delivered my bathroom suite via a crapped out old white van, that threw my suite out of the van at speed and might I add soaked wet through. Definitely not palletways couriers but the lovely coopers carriers. The guy dug everything out from underneath mass amounts of heavy items.
After inspection... one cracked bath and one heavily soaked electric shower. The guy disappeared quickly.
I phoned up and was told the company was having major problems with palletways subcontracting out the jobs. The poor guy was very apologetic and got another bath on order asap (as we have no bath or shower now). This was Friday.
Monday passed and nothing. I had to phone up multiple times that day and got the same excuses ah there's a glitch, oh someone has processed it, there's a mistake etc. The list goes on.
Tuesday comes and goes and again same thing. Another $#*! up and my stress levels through the roofs. I might be able to get it delivered on Thursday says the women.
I'm 8 months pregnant and it's nearly a week without a bath due to this $#*! up and no offer to reimburse the fees for the plumber, plasterer, tiler, etc. Just you accepted terms and conditions. Clearly pregnancy and stress means nothing to this company.
Then I got told I'll phone you back in 10-15minutes after speaking to my manager. I want to complain and told she'll phone back. It's now 40 minutes since she promised the callback.
It is beyond disgusting to leave me without a. Suite and mess up a delivery so many times especially when pregnant. Try the bathstore or Victoria plum for a reliable service.

We have a urinal set. It went faulty at the header feeding the water down the pipework. It took 2 months to get a replacement part worth £50 send to us. the item went faulty within the 1st month
We have 11 months later now got the replacement item faulty again, this item carries a 25 year warranty but again ive waited 4 weeks and 20 messages and calls later to try get another replacement.
This company is a joke.
If I could rate this company as zero then I would. They provided a shower screen which leaks water so is clearly not fit for purpose and have failed to take any responsibility for this. They have made a number of claims for this fault including that my bathroom fittter was not qualified (he is), it is fitted incorrectly (it isn't) and that the screen needs to be trimmed to be water tight! When I pointed out that this was not anywhere in the product description or instructions the response I received was that any qualified fitter would have known this'! Complete lack of customer service or support. Eventually agreed to refund but only refunded a small proportion of the bath and shower screen package claiming this was all I had paid - in reality they only refunded the amount remaining after the full cost of the bath which is not enough to purchase any replacement shower screen on their website. Avoid at all costs and spend your money with a company who provide quality products and have an understanding of customer service.
Avoid this company at all costs, I spent hundreds of pounds buying units from this company, 1 unit and the worktop was to big so I sent it back, they acknowledged receipt of the unit and said I would receive a full refund within 5 working day, this was 3rd Aug 2019 it is now end of sept and still no refund, after dozens of phone calls and emails I still get told the same thing I will receive my refund in 5 working days. Nope still mot got it, please avoid this company at all costs
I wish I had seen these non-Trustpilot reviews sooner - they are the worst company I have ever dealt with: day in and day out I have been promised the delivery and it still has not arrived! No notification of a delay, no compensation - it is not worth your time, do not use this company!
AVOID. Order a vanity unit via next day delivery. The item was not sent out at all. I had to chase the business as i did not receive tracking information. Only to be told the item has not been sent out and my shipping would be refunded... they hadn't fulfilled a next day service so this should be refunded regardless. Now i am left out of pocket as i will need to call out a plumber to install the vanity unit and taps. This business is extremely unprofessional, you'd be better of shopping at ebay/amazon, cheaper and the sellers stay in line as they are governed by ebay/amazon and cannot pull the wool over your eyes!
Terrible company to use. Orders don't arrive even with next day delivery. They are not compassionate, don't inform you if stock is not available or that it won't be arriving.
No complaints procedure, managers don't care how poor the service is or if you reuceive your order on time and correct.

Initially everything seemed fine with the whole bathroom suite we had. It was fitted, looked good and we were hoping to get a good few years use out of it. First of all a watefall tap would just shoot water out at you istead of the "waterfall" effect, this was rectified with a new tap and we hoped that would be the end of it. Just a few months of shower use the shower head split whilst using (head size square head), after having to send them a picture of this they sent a replacement head but not long after this the shower started leaking at odd times, especially in the middle of the night, waking us up. Once again they sent out a replacement on/off valve but even after changing this, the leak is still happening so we have given up and with no confidence in their products are going to have to buy a new shower unit. I asked them if their products were cheap imports from China, but they would not confirm, only to say that some of their products are from outside of the UK!
Told by VP Sam on Saturday will definitely get an AM slot. He rang me at 1222h advising one one of two of the pallets will come at 1500-1700h. And the second will be tomorrow before noon. As much as I insisted I need the second pallet today, sam said there was nothing he could do.
VP business practice lacks basic reliability and accountability. Anyone can advise on consumer rights infringement pls help.
VP just sent an email in response to my complaint that the matter is "resolved" since one of the pallet has been delivered and the second scheduled for tomorrow.
Also there is no compensation as the vp delivery t&c clearly states:
" we strongly recommend you do not book plumbers or tradespeople on the strength of delivery dates or time frames, and we recommend you receive and check items from us before any preparatory work is taken. We cannot be liable for any costs incurred by problems with delivery".
Just shows they know there is a problem with their delivery service but are NOT doing anything about it apart from letting down the paying customers.
Do Boycott VP until they resolve this!
Delivery did not arrive on Friday... Saturday and dishonest driver.
Delivery did not arrive on Friday. Told Saturday morning by 10. Had 3 missed calls at 1015h. Rang back no one answered. Driver rang 1046h to say he knocked the front door for 30 Mins. I said cannot be as my front door is being repaired and the builder did not see any one. Driver then said he also tried the rear entranceand no one there. I said I was working in the rear garden and no one came. Then he said actually he only had one of the two pallets as he vehicle was not big enough so will automatically be arranged for Monday... I rang VP. They said there is nothing they can do. But have arranged w the transport company to deliver Monday AM... they said the depot notes from the driver was customer refused delivery... what lack of honest integrity and disrespectful of customers time. Dont buy from VP until they sort out their delivery shame!. I just. Googled and found many similar stories... if only I had known!
Answer: I just had the same issues. Raise a dispute with your card company or PayPal if they are no longer offering the resolution. Again, the like making customers pay for the return even if it's no fault of yours. Good luck.

Answer: Same as me they are rubbish I'm hitting every review platform I can find, warm other stay away, I waited nearly seven weeks for refund and they still owe me £50 for shipping, cowboys.
