One star review because you cant give a NO star review. This dating website use the services of SPAMMERS to market their company. I have received SPAM on numerous occasions from this site and every time they insist that i have been unsubscribed but the SPAM keeps on flowing. I have repeatedly asked for the contact details of the SPAMMERS that they use but they are unwilling to give them up. THIS IS A WEBSITE THAT ACTIVELY SUPPORTS SPAMMERS BE VERY CAREFUL...

Since joining this site several months ago, I have chatted with 6 or 7 women. One really stood out, so I concentrated my time on her. After awhile, she started to say she loved me and wanted to be with me. She also said she owned her own business and spent a lot of time traveling. She also claimed she was 24 yrs old and still a virgin. Really? Anyway, I finally spent enough credits to ask for her personal contact informaiton. Surprise! She refused to release that information. As I look back on it there were other inconsistencies in her messages. The lastest being that she had no mother yet not very many days ago she told me her mother was in the hospital and in a coma. This finally made me decide that this site is a total scam. I wasted a lot of money for nothing. The owners of this site should be put in jail and made to pay back everyone who paid good money to chat with these fake women.

BUSINESS MODEL - In one word IMMORAL! Cost for example 2 credits a minute to chat. 50 credits to watch a video, 30 credits for first reply to an email, 20 credits thereafter. When I asked 2 women who were very provocative with their photos and sexual invitations, if they were employees said "no" we're "agents". Tech Support denied that. When I complained about cost vs performance with Tech Support... it appears I've been kicked off the site... with approximately 700 credits left that I paid $149.00 for the 750.

SITE STABILITY/FUNCTIONALITY - This site does not function at peak times. By extension cost vs performance is a significant NEGATIVE; Frozen screens, long wait times for the network to renew balanced performance Chat functions are terrible. Overall the site is a 1 out of 5.

TECH SUPPORT - Outsourced to ZEN whose agents are Polite and Professional. However have apparent strict guidelines on what they can do: eg time to receive code to create a new password.

You don't get a receipt for the purchase... Sites AVOID RECEIPTS by being 'FREE REGISTRATION"... that doesn't mean the functionality and purpose for going to them in the first place. THEN YOU PAY... ALLOT at this one... 3000 CHAT credits used with the same woman if you both want to meet!

It became pretty obvious that this was fake due to the number of "canned" messages and emails which came pouring in, supposedly from such beautiful women with content that seemed, at times, invasive. Once I responded to a chat immediately, and due the lengthy time it took to get an answer, I gathered that it was just a single person, very unlikely the one in the picture, working several chats from other members simultaneously while posing to behind all the selected pictures, just as major companies have overseas customer service agents working chats. I Don't, I do occasionally just browse through the pictures without wasting any more time. After all, these are some hot looking women! Meet women on a local site (not that I have experience) or through a social club.

There's nothing legitimate about website. After creating account I've been spammed, can't delete account, and can only login (automatically, without my permission) by clicking on one of B. S. emails claiming a girl has messaged me, or has looked at my profile or other nonsense, only to find that I have no messages. I made the mistake of registering an account to check out website, not knowing it was all fake bots, claiming to be Ukrainian or Russian women interested in me and of course no local women or even any women in the United States to possibly have contact with. I should have known better, given my Bitdefender Anti-Virus software blocked website due to being potentially malicious but I gave permission to be sent to website anyway and registered. Fortunately, I have not given website any money or credit card info.

I heard; "stolen purses, stolen airfare money, visa problems" and many, many more. This site (Victoria Hearts) does ONE THING; make money for Victoria Hearts. WHY is a site featuring Ukrainian woman based in Nevada, USA? Prostitution is legal in Nevada, right? So if you want some "naughty pics" and many, many broken promises, sign on to Victoria Hearts. THIS SITE SHOULD BE BANNED IN USA. MONEY GRAB! And any "Positive Reviews" on this site are likely from VH employees. (Happens)

As mentioned in other reviews; This site is a waste of money, time and effort. Someone is cleaver with this service and making a killing in money. Very cleaver and extremely shameful. You pay only 3 dollars to start that seems reasonable to suck you in. As credits run out the 3 dollar option disappears then a 19 dollar option is available. Then after the 19 dollar option disappears a 69 dollar option is the minimal. All in usd by the way. The credits disappear super quick within hours... not days or months. You can't send any information such as an email or phone number because there is someone mysteriously watching every move or letter written that never gets to the end user. They do on purpose to have you pay crazy fees to actually contact the individual. Fees are in the hundreds. They also ask for all your personal details... including signatures... perhaps this is an isis money racket... don't know if the girls are in on this scam or victims... an absolute shameful scam. Other sites to watch out for mehooh and kakamiss; stay away.

They take advantage of the vulnerable 50+ men. The women you connect with are genuine, then after a certain amount of time and money the agency that represents them takes over in text conversation without you knowing. Then specifics become generalities and you wonder who you connected with. It is a mind and money screw. Why I have to give a required one star is ridiculous. Zero or negative star and huge money return is what is required. I am thinking class action law suit against this disgusting company.

This is an example of the Pay Per Letter(PPL) billion dollar business scam centered on separating the male seeking his soulmate, from their cash! These PPL sites need to be dismantled and made unprofitable to the point it never happens to another guy out there I'll be setting up a research project to go after these scammers and seizing their assets using international law anyone interested in assisting or helping with the tab, feel free to donate whatever you wish. The level of deception is beyond anything I have ever seen. These women will go to great effort to charm you and swear their love and devotion to only you. Complete and total BULL$#*!! I have sense ended this nonsense. I had my credit card details deleted. Now the final step is delete my profile if that is even possible on a fake site. I believe most if not all are working for the site and getting paid very little while the site makes thousands off one man and multiplied millions off numerous idiot men like myself. Victoria Hearts is effectively the same as 'Victoria Brides;' 'Anastasia;' 'Match Truly;' 'Charmerly;' 'Love Swans;' "Ukrainian Charms" and 'Valentime.' There are probably more. Incredibly beautiful and sexy girls who are way out of your age range (and actual chance to develop a relationship with) appear to want you; whatever you say, or do or are. Take 'Ekaterina' member ******* on all the web sites mentioned above. She is really Katerina Milevskaya, fashion and glamour model, aged 23 from Kiev. On Instagram 'milevskate' She has 458k followers; and it's most unlikely is on-line on all these sites 24/7 as she appears to be! Instead, 'agents' write for the profile encouraging you to look at videos, each costing 50 credits (most are available free on her Instagram); write a mail; cost 30 credits, view photos in a mail; cost 10 credits (most again are available on her Instagram) as well as sending astronomically priced gifts (through credits). I sent a gift, and received a photo of the gift, but pictured with it was an entirely different girl! Customer support response; "Girl look terrible without make-upI" I only did that the once! The girls are implicated as only some of the photos and videos are on Instagram. When you have spent 3000 credits sites promise that you can ask for contact details. When you receive the details, they don't work! The girls are most usually Ukrainian (on the sites listed above), but there are also similarly syndicated sites of Asian women run by the same outfit, based in Cyprus, registered in America and your cash for credits is processed in the UK. The scams appear an acceptable part of regular (irregular) Ukrainian business practices. Frustratingly no one seems able or want to address the sophisticated deceits with the crooks responsible! Altogether, AVIOD!
