This site has recently updated its terms and conditions and rules. There are two significant changes. One is in relation to meeting. The other is an enhanced disclaimer of liability for the use of the agency.
It has always struck me as immediately suspect when a dating site uses agencies to provide ladies for the dating site. Can this ever be done without the payment of a commission? Is it ever done without such a payment? Any commission is to me a problem. It immediately in my mind raises the motive for any woman being on this site in the first place. I know there is a lack of work in Ukraine and the wages are terrible but is this a solution?
I had one lady tell me that she had started out to make money from me but then found that she got more and more interested in me as a person. We have had lots of moral arguments as a result.
If you start out to make money from men on the site and then change your mind because you have found someone you like and want to be with, how do you get over the fact that the relationship started with a deception and an intention to make money out of you? The answer I think is that it is possible but it takes a lots longer because of the trust issues. After all if you start out to make money are you any better that a sex worker? I told my lady that she was worse because at least a sex worker gives something to the man In return!
In these circumstances if you want to overcome this problem the written word counts for very little. It has to be by meeting and talking. It has to be by moving away from Ukraine.
The good news is that the change in the rules excludes any liability for what happens at a meeting that the two of you arrange for yourself. That means of course an implicit acceptance that two people can arrange a date between them as really should be the case if you want to develop a loving relationship.
Finally, some other good news that will affect many if not all sites that use Agencies and PPL. As most know Ukraine wants to join the EU. It has a permanent contact system with EU officials. Corruption has always been high on the agenda and now so are such dating agencies and dating sites. After all if you are taking money as commission but have no desire or intention of having any relationship with any man, you are deceiving and defrauding men. A criminal offence.
One EU official working in Ukraine joined a dating site. He found that he was paying very large sums of money to achieve nothing. His anger is now being used to rectify this stain on the character of business in Ukraine. With Police cooperation of course.

Signed up but did not fill out anything on my profile. Yet amazingly I have women chasing me, wanting to get to know me, etc. And a lot of them. When I viewed potential eligible women, there was page after page of smoking hot women, mostly photographed by professional photographers. I went through 100 pages and only passed on about 5%, mostly because I am not interested in women with short hair. None of these women would have trouble getting dates, and lots and lots of dates. There is no way this site is not a scam, plain and simple.

This is purely a money-making site for its? American owners. The cheapest option is not to write messages but use chat. This is very expensive and a continual cash drain. You can tell that the girls probably don't pay anything or at best very little Once you start they give very little information about themselves and most never answer your questions. All of them maintain that they can only talk through the site and always have an excuse for not saving you money by using whatsapp or similar. All will maintain that they do not have computers and only primitive phones without screens for photos. A good indication of how they encourage you to spend large sums on messaging is that girls often send 1 or 2 word chats inviting you to spend even more replying, You are limited to 300 letters in your reply so you have to be economical in your messages. If they had to pay the same they certainly wouldn't send just 1 or 2 words would they? I think it's quite possible that they are paid to get you to spend even more money sending replies to their non-informative messages. One even confessed to me that she could only talk properly when her interpreter was present. I never managed to get any of them to give me any real details about themselves or to accept that it would be cheaper to write or use a free messaging service. In my profile I clearly stated that any of them below a certain age would not get a reply and would be wasting their time but I still got a message every few seconds from girls of 20 or so professing their interest in me. I complained to their customer help centre on numerous occasions as I was constantly finding that messages I had been charged for had disappeared into thin air when I went back to the site. And as for those Error messages that appeared all the time saying that their technicians were working on it!**!. Bad software, a bad site and to my mind a pure rip-off & con. Avoid!

Guys do not waste your time or money on the "women" on this site. It is fake and is a scam. I was chatting with a lady by the name of Marina Member's profile ID: ******* on Victoria Hearts.com for over a month and things have been going great between us and we seem to get along really well. I am also registered on Ukrainian dates.com and by chance i happened to come across the very same Marina profile on that site but only her name was changed to Marishka, with the same pictures and details. When i sent her a message on Ukrainian dates.com she did not even know who i was. The profile on Ukrainian dates.com has been verified so i assume that she is the legit person. I also noticed that sometimes the lady Marina chatted using perfect English and on other occasions her English was bad, possibly there are more than one person managing and chatting on that profile. Victoria Hearts.com is just a scam to get you to spend your money by buying credits and you are probably just chatting to a staff member from Victoria hearts.com. I also read articles that the Ukrainian police is investigating Victoria hearts.com for fraud and scamming.! Do not get me wrong there could be real ladies on the site who are looking for a relationship but how to tell which profiles are real and which are fake is anyone's guess. Also its is also impossible to get the women to chat off the site, they will string you along for a long time chatting via the site being so nice to you and telling you that she feels a connection with you but then when you ask to chat via private email then it is a problem, she does not know you that well or they are not allowed to.! The ladies are also not paying to make use of the site. Do you think that Ukrainian woman could afford the ridiculous cost of sending messages, emails and photos.!

Critics do not go against Ukrainian women. But the critics go against this site, which uses them unfairly to do business, it's the title of this topic. Ukrainian women do not pay on site, do not have the same interface, and can not ask men contacts! They go through an agency that takes care of them. They do not necessarily have long hair as in the photos, not necessarily of the same color in reality, and do not necessarily speak English as specified. They are not the ones who cheat, but this site and the intermediaries who use them. It is all the easier, that emerging from 100 years of dictatorship, they are accustomed to respect the rules without contest, the very idea to make the shocks. It is a dishonest process of making men dream. This is a scam method, absolutely not a dating site. Some women are real no others, that's all complexity. I was able to get by mail, outside the site, photos of the children of one of them. Some answer the questions, and believe also that it is free for men.

I met someone who had been a writer on profiles for Victoria Hearts; she earned so much she made it under her own steam over here with no man to worry about!

In Ukraine these days it's very hard to earn a crust, but models/writers on this site can earn heaps in they keep the hours up, have great photos and have a good line in chat (pretending to be more than enthusiastic to be a devoted and perfect lover; even for you Dwaine down there in Connecticut)!

It's pretty typical of the many Pay Per Letter (PPL) sites. Writers earn good money and commission for getting you to spend your credits. It's a pretty clever enterprise.

No one gets to meet up, and we guys don't get hurt (well just your bank balance if you persist).

If you actually want to meet someone, you would do better to head over to Elena's Models. The site has some good articles about devious PPL practices and examples of the adverts that recruit the writers.

It's fine if you want to live in a dream world of even you attracting women 20,30 and 40 years your junior. It may be very challenging for everyone in Ukraine right now; but not that challenging!

Women from this site have sent me over 4000 first messages in a month. This site gives the option to buy gifts for the 'lady'. From flowers to iPhones to Macbooks. I stupidly bought a lady an iPhone. Then she completely disappeared. I complained to the site and she re-appeared. This time needing money for her sick father.
The site is great for passing time and entertainment. But do not think for a second you will meet any of these women. You can spend a few hundred dollars to get their contact info. But they will not talk off the site. While the site charges you 25 to 70 cents for each message. Who is working for who? This site is a bad idea.

I dont know where you guys get off saying that VictoriaHearts is a scam site. How can a scam site offer security measures against scammers? I've been using the service for more than 2 months and never had any suspicions issue to reach that conclusion. In my opinion, this is the best place to meet the hot women of Eastern Europe. It has filters that for easier and precise search, based on anything from religion to hair color. I buy credits in advnce and can send unlimited messages. If you want quality in anything, you have to pay a quality price. Thats just the way the wrld works.

I am thankful for VictoriaHearts's customer support. They are always online to help and guide you if you have questions. I've had problems with payment but a nice girl from a customer support was very helpful and sorted my problem out really quickly.

I'm not sure who really wrote this article or comments, or cherry picked comments. I can't imagine enough positive reviews to cherry pick. Victoria Hearts is a scam. The profiles posted are real enough ladies, but the person you chat with or write to is extremely unlikely to be the same person as presented in a profile. Many profiles are copied directly from other dating sites. It is in most cases a paid employee pretending to be the girl. I discovered this because, ironically, I knew personally two of the ladies who purportedly had profiles and were there to chat. I knew them both well. When I engaged in a chat with them, they had no idea who I was, could not remember any common details of the time we had spent together, and became confused when I referenced common acquaintances. In a third case I google searched two of the profiles. One of the profiles was posted at no less than a half dozen dating sites. One I contacted on another site where we first met online, before meeting in person, and she denied ever talking with me at the other site. I contacted one of the other sites. I chose a site with a live webcam option to verify the lady's identity. The girl had no idea who I was and I realized that the Victoria Hearts girl was a complete fiction. The site profits from "pay to chat," mostly prater, and "please look at my photos" (extra credits cost) and "send me yours" (again, extra costs). Any criticism of the site which results in the lady coming to its defense, "I trust it," "It's really good," " I know someone who met someone and is happily married," is a sure sign you are talking to a paid employee. If you are clever, you can pass private email contacts to someone who "would really love to meet you right away," right up until the point you try to make it happen outside the website. Suddenly, they "can't understand:" They can. More likely you are chatting again with an employee. Tell them you are in town visiting and tell them you can meet them right away. See how fast they can make excuses. Of course you can spend a fortune to get a private email (or other) contact. There is no guarantee that this private contact will respond, though she was desperate and forlorn online, awaiting your purchase of her information (minimum total cost ~1200$). VICTORIA HEARTS IS A COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAM.

@ Stu. G I guess you have your knowledge from a dating site: I have visited Ukraine many times, I have been to Kiev, Dnepropetrovsk, Kremenchug... I have friends there and I know that most women still don´t speak english. Of course they don´t because of their past to USSR. So don´t come here with your supercial knowledge. Slovic women these days are most of the time western oriented. Slovic tradition is a fairy tale for tourism and dating sites nowadays. You think that most slovic women are divorced because all russian and ukraine men betray, drink vodka and don´t know how treat a lady? Wake up! I talked to a lot of men, believe me most of them are nice guys. There are always two sides of a story. There is a good reason why a lot of ukraine women are divorced and it is not always the fault of their ex-husband, for sure. I suggest travel to Kiev, stay their a few days, talk to people and you will see they are not that much different then people from western europe. Returning to the topic of the this dating site: especially the chat-profiles are scams. I am sure there are some professional translators at the keyboard. Some very rare profiles might be serious, for example those who write just letters. Because they can prepare their texts and it is more easy for them to communicate. I recommend: stay away from this site!

For 3 month I've been using Victotiahearts, and i'm planing to continue doing it. I have a few reasons to do it.
1. I've tried okcupid anв some other sites. And all what I'vу got a tones of spam massage from bots. Yes I've payed 150 $ for sending massage at Victoriahearts, but for this money I've text with real humans.
2. Love, I think I've found love at this site. Yes we did not meet yet, but i believe we will see each other this Christmas.
