You can't get this money back although I am still fighting it. The $25 a month allows you to use their wellness website, which I refuse to use! I am returning the shirts i bought (IF I ever get them!) and disputing the charge with my credit card. They did, however, assure me that I won't be charged next month. That's GREAT! AVOID THIS COMPANY!

https://vibestribe.co/ What, what a deceptive company. Someone I know intended to simply buy a t-shirt and instead got duped, with no clear indication, into enrolling into a $24.95/Mo. Membership to get discounts on their site. The terms are buried in a legal document and accepted with a simple checkbox -- images below. The Member Portal does not have any indicators of Form of Payment to remove credit card nor any indicator of a membership with ability to cancel. NOTHING! #vibestribe markets itself as a forum to empower women but instead it dupes / fools them into an unwanted membership and makes it extremely difficult to cancel. It makes women feel disempowered. Horrible company. STAY AWAY. PLEASE SHARE THIS to prevent other women from being manipulated.

Do not order from them. They automatically sign you up for a membership and then they won't cancel it, taking 25 a month from you

I bought a t-shirt from them and the next thing I knew I was being charged monthly for a subscription I never used. They refuse to credit the money back. If they were a legit organization, they would see that I never used the membership they were charging me for which I did not realize I had and they would do the right thing and refund me the money.

I did not know there was a membership fee, it was not listed where I ordered from. They refused to refund it. Then they mailed my order to wrong city and state. My address but a different city in another state. When i realized this after tracking my package i emailed and called them and got no response. I've since emailed three times, and called twice trying to figure out if I'm ever getting my stuff that I paid for and they haven't responded. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.

I purchased a shirt from them and started getting billed 24.95 every two weeks for membership! WHAT? I tried to cancel whatever this was after phoning and emailing but kept getting charged 24.95 every two weeks. My credit card company has a hold on any further charges and is investigating them calling this fraud. I'm still getting billed...hope the Better Business Bureau will help...

I ordered a shirt and CAREFULLY looked for a notice of future charges or membership or the like - NO WHERE. Order a shirt, 10.2 days later $25 charge for "membership" that I neither wanted, needed or agreed to. Refusal to refund, and will not return contact.

I would give zero stars if I could. In 09/2024 I was mislead into joining this. I did pay $24.95 and when I foud it is was recurring, I canceled via email. Three month later i see they charged my account 3 more times after I received a confirmation email they canceled in Sept. Trying to cancel is nearly impossible so I will go to my back and cancel the card. This is horrible

This scam company automatically signs you up for a subscription if you order anything from them. The only way you know you've been subscribed is when you notice the $24.95/mo charges in your card. Try to call them? No response. You get nothing - nada for this scam subscription. Check other reviewers online. STAY AWAY! I'm adding an image but it just one of many charges to my card. AGAIN, AWAY OR RUSK GETTING RIPPED OFF!

Ordered bracelets and then had two fraud charges! These people are crooks! Good thing I'm wirh AMEX! Buyer beware with this company

For two months in a row, I was charged $24.95. I contacted the company to see what this was about. I was told there was an order placed and a membership sign up using my credit card. I did not purchase from this company or sign up for a membership or even heard of this company. I requested they cancel the membership and refund all money's due. I've gotten a text message stating they have canceled the membership, but they are refusing to contact me in regard to my refund. Do not do business with this company, they are taking my hard earned money without my approval.

The clothes are awful here. They iron on the design and it's really thick on the tshirt and uncomfortable. I contacted them but no one responds. Don't do it. You pay $25 and the tshirt cost plus shipping.

This company sucks. When you make a purchase, they automatically enroll you in a membership that you have no clue you're getting into and charge you 24.95. When you try to cancel it even though in my case, the funds are only pending from my checking account, they say they can't refund me and I'm stuck with paying for that first months membership. Can you imagine how much money they make off ripping people off like that?

I never bought anything from this site or even visited. Got a charge that was not made be my wife or I. Tried contacting Vibes Tribe, waited on chat for 1.5 hours then message said they were closed. Next day tried again and finally chat was answered. They tried saying that there sight specifickly said it was a membership that we agreed to when we made a purchase. We had NEVER made a purchase or been on their site till we investigated the charge. After threatening legal action and threats of contacting government agencies concerning possible scam the membership fee was refunded.

When I look at reviews they only have a low 1 rating, this should show they don't have many happy customers and we weren't the first with this problem.

I love the one Tee I received. I'm now being billed for 2 more I did not receive. I'm beyond upset. Bank is now involved. Please tell me where I ordered 2 more.

I have asked to cancel my subscription twice and tried many times to get through to "customer service" with no success. They are cowards who hide behind their email and text messages and do nothing to help you except to part with your money. They owe me $50 because they will not listen to my many requests to cancel my subscription. I am so fed up and angry that getting healing from them is the last thing in the world I would want except through reimbursement of my hard earned money. They are a fraud!

I ordered a t shirt from this company which had a great price. Apparently to order you have to become a member and it is 24.99 a month. Outrageous. I am trying to cancel and they are giving me a hard time. I am reporting to better busines bureau and my bank. I have stated i want to cancel. Just that simple. Beware of this company

So first they tricked me into a membership $7.00 tshirt cost $32.00. Cancelled right away they will not refund. So I get my tshirt it is the wrong one and the wrong size. BEWARE!

This is a great membership site with yoga and breathwork classes and you get to purchase all kinds of products for crazy discounts. I love the teacher that does the live breathwork and yoga classes, and I have enjoyed the the ones in the library like breathwork for neck pain. I get all my gifts for people from there because of the great member only prices.

If you order a product from this company they automatically enroll you in their program for 24.95 a month if you don't read the fine print. They couldn't even tell me what product I ordered when I asked what I originally purchased. Wheni asked for a refund ( not realizing they enrolled me in God knows what) they said no. They WILL not refund you.
