They lost our biometrics and called us 18 days after our interview that we need to go to NY office again as soon as possible. We live in Boston and were not compensated for our travel. They sent a text message from a private number without an email thread to keep hiding behind their mistake.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, these people are cheat, first they will take 270 AED for service charges and when you application will be completed they will ask an other 463 AED which are hidden charges, I'm an Emirates Airlines staff and my insurance is valid for international travel but they did not let me use my insurance and they changed extra 212 dhrams on the name of insuranc, these people are big time cheat, I asked them to cancel my application and said that sarvice charges are not refundable, so even if you want to cancel application you have to bare this amount, BIG Disappointment, don't know why I have to give even one star to them
Why the hell do you host a website if you cant handle it. Seems like they do not want anyone to visit the destination country. Leaves a pretty bad taste on the capabilities and high lights the uselessness of the

Can't register, can't log in, can't see availability, can't reschedule, multiple bugs, slow and nonsense customer service reply. You name it. It's unbelievable it can make everything so crappy.
Company set by the ultra rich to take your money and use it to control you. What do they even do.Its not even an official government institution. Yet they take millions of people their data and passports. If you dont send info within 30 days you lose your money. Nothing more then leechers. Look at the score they have on this website. They are nothing more then taking your money for things no one needs
I've been trying to book an appointment for French Visa and it's taking an eternity for this simplistic task. My first application number wasn't accepted because for some reason the application number was already used?
For Second application number, payment gateway crashed and message has been saying "check back in 30 minutes" for 2 days now!
Third application number was again not accepted for God knows what reason!
I understand that you're an incompetent and corrupt organization, but have some shame and at least get the work done when you're charging $70.00 for doing NOTHING!
Who the heck allows VFS to do such sensitive stuff. I don't know about rest but in the US VFS should be banned, never seen a company this bad. They always send the documents back giving some random reason. If they think the first time the documents weren't proper why they didn't send me all at once, everytime I send documents they come up with a new reason to deny. I don't know where to escalate this but companies like VFS shouldn't exist. And this is not just my issue I know for certain everyone faces this issue.
This has been a horrible experience, trying to submit a visa application for India through the VFS Global website. The pages constantly crash, then there are bugs at the payment page, then there are no online help options but a 2.48 USD per minute calling option, that won't resolve anything, they only collect your information (like spelling your name 10 times, your email 5 times, etc) just to tell you a technical agent will take a look for you in the next 72 HOURS!
All website error messages are ambiguous and do not lead to a solution. I have been waiting for the response to my call and to my emails without knowing if it is really processing my requests.
It is unfortunate that a great country like India has to rely in such a poor service provider like VFS Global.
I am based in Sydney and the service was so bad it compells me to write a review to hopefully disuade others.
This has been the most ABYSMAL and horrendous service ever. At no point did VFS communicate anything with me. Not the innitial email i was supposed to receive explaining everything and notifying me of updates and that my passport was ready. And not once did they respond to the numerous requests for help and aid through every channel. It was only because i noticed that they failed to change my return method from pick up to delivery that I got my passport at all.
If i could i would give it 0 stars. Truly Aweful
I tried to book an appointment to submit Schengen visa application from Singapore, but it didn't work. I called and told them my problem with print screens, they said their website was still working well and asked me to try different browsers and clear cookies, history, etc. I followed their instruction, tried different ways again and again for three days, still could not book the appointment. I begged them to give me an appointment after sending them my passport scan. They kept telling me that I have to book the appointment BY MYSELF through the website which didn't work. A b*** sh** service!
Worst experience ever, during the process I got the urge to find out the person responsible for asking for the 50 different redundant documents and filling in the same information on the same page 10 times in 10 different forms and slap them repeatedly across the face. If you have the misfortune of dealing with this soul sucking company, I pray you finish the process before you suffer a stroke. Godspeed
Congratulations VFS for winning the Global Dogsh*t Service Award. You have succeeded in giving the worst example of customer service, clarity of instructions and responsiveness. You have very special skills in your phone lines: they are not put to serve any customer. Your phone lines are there to force customers to pay money per minute, listening to redundant, useless, boring automated messages and never reaching a normal customer service representative. You are so bad, you deserve to be banned from the internet and put in some archaic medieval torture museum.
To all customers reading this: NEVER call VSF. It is a trap that makes you pay money and get nothing in return.
Completely inefficient. They take weeks to respond or put you on hold for hours. The staff seem clueless. The management of this company that charges so much money to process a visa should be ashamed.
They got my older son photo on my younger sons visa ie the wrong way. In the mean time they lost my wife's passport and visa. This is important stuff, you are messing about twitch peoples lives
They charge $2.48 per minute and agent don't know what they're doing. Put you on hold and waste your time. Also says need to wait till he received email and it might take 5-10 mins. Horrible services ever after asking for payment. I WISH I CAN GIVE 0 STAR
One agent does not know what other said. They dont know how to read emails. They dont know how to read documents. Their staff is completely unprofessional. I regret using their visa service for UAE visa. Save yourself time and pain and use some other company
Confusing Instructions and very bad Refund policy. They should allow to update the Application number. They charge you for Courier service and VFS service fee even if you unfortunately have to cancel the application, it just doesnt make any sense. Why would you charge someone if the application is not even send to VFS?
Every time you ask something to their CSR team, they just send you the same email with the same bs and website links.
Their online booking system for appointments simply does not work. I have been looking for an appointment several times every day for almost 3 weeks. The system gives the same excuse - no appointments available at this time. Finally, this morning at 4.30 there were two available dates in December. I tried to book, and the message came up stating I have tried too many times even though this was the first time I had got passed the initial page. Then I looked an hour later as it said I should do - then same problem - no available slot available on any day. USELESS!
