When I opened the box and took out the parts, one of the screw holes had a crack. Getting a hold of customer service was the hardest part using their app. Every time I go down to being number two or next in line, I got disconnected to the of frustration. Not sure why someone can't be reach via phone. Ended up just putting it together anyways because I just couldn't bother trying to contact someone there about the situation. Even after putting it together I tried to connect with them and still the same situation. I personally feel, companies that are willing to stand behind what they put out in public never make it a task for their customers to get in touch with them. Customer service these days. It's better to walk in a show room and touch and handle what you want to purchase. At least you see a face and communicate with someone face to face. The pulpit/ lecture looks nice but could be a bit more stable.

My wife has trouble getting around. I bought this railing assembly to help her step into our garage. No complaints! The package included everything I needed to install it. I ended up cutting it shorter and
I put a rubber cap over the end. No problem.

I ordered a ATF transfer pump and it was damaged in shipping. Customer service was very easy to work with, to resolve the damage. I was very impressed with them. I will say that the communication was by email, but they do respond and take care of the issues.

Poor quality welds are showing cracks and poor penetration. Shipping box was a wreck when delivered. Very disappointed, unusual for vevor.

When I called for a refund your people pushed for me to keep the product even though it didn't fit at all

Outdoor hydroponic setup was too hot and root rot was a thing. A thing of the past I should say!.25 HP chiller gets my water down to 65 with zero problem. Small until, super quiet! :)

Do not inder any circumstances order from Vevor directly. They lie about shipping dates and do not honor promises to refuns. Scam!
