When I opened the box and took out the parts, one of the screw holes had a crack. Getting a hold of customer service was the hardest part using their app. Every time I go down to being number two or next in line, I got disconnected to the of frustration. Not sure why someone can't be reach via phone. Ended up just putting it together anyways because I just couldn't bother trying to contact someone there about the situation. Even after putting it together I tried to connect with them and still the same situation. I personally feel, companies that are willing to stand behind what they put out in public never make it a task for their customers to get in touch with them. Customer service these days. It's better to walk in a show room and touch and handle what you want to purchase. At least you see a face and communicate with someone face to face. The pulpit/ lecture looks nice but could be a bit more stable.
