I really enjoy the products that I get. However, I did order a hose reel and after it didn't show up two weeks late.Requested information was told that I would get twenty dollars Put towards my credit for having to wait So long. Hose reel did not show up and I was given a full refund which is fine.However, I waited multiple weeks for the product with nothing more than a you aren't getting nothing. The customer service representative was very dismissive. And although the products are good and I will continue to order. I am absolutely not thrilled with what will happen in another customer service situation.

Main problem: water pressure is lower now than with a standard garden hose.

Product was delivered in good condition.
Installation was easy enough. Quick disconnect didn't have enough pieces for both components, and didn't have the disconnect that shutoff water when disconnected. I ended up removing the quick disconnect and the hose attachments. They seemed like low quality. I used my own. Installation was easy enough. Mounted to a post.

If you have tall grass, it's very difficult to push this. Mow first make sure that you have everything assembled correctly, the instructions are easy to interpret.

Product would not work when I received it. I went through the process with product support. My problem was a warranty issue. I could get no satisfaction for the replacement part I purchased one locally for 43 dollars. It works fine now.

I had bought and used a single jaw log tong from Vevor last year and decided to upgrade to a set of double jawed log tongs.

Prompt delivery and seems to be good quality equipment, the sump pump works as expected I haven't installed the hoist yet but my son in law has one and he says it works as expected.

I purchased a pneumatic style air jack for my engine cherry picker. L received it last Friday. I immediately installed it because l needed to transport my motor! It didn't not work so after numorous messages back and forth l was told l would be contacted within 2-3 day's now on the fourth day not a Word about my "Junk" pneumatic style Jack Cylinder. REDICLIOUS

Always a blast shopping with Vevor. Seems like every product they developed are well thought of. From design and quality of product are all top notch. I have bought a few items now and will be buying more. Everything feels robust and customer service are very knowledgeable and empathetic.

I purchased the Vevor garden hose reel last year and I'm still very pleased with the product heavy duty return spring easy to roll out!

Minimal assembly and charged the battery. Used the basic fan tip and sprayed around the house. Worked as it should. Would recommend it to anyone.

I have purchased many products from vevor and am very pleased with most everything I have gotten from them and seem to have very good costumer service as well, and all there products is very well packaged, vevor has many good quality's for the price.

I never received my auger fedex claim it was delivered and it wasn't this is the second time this has happened at this point I am not sure that I will be ordering anything else because of this kind of problem I like the products but it's no good if they come up missing during delivery on 3/5//26 at 1:33 pm. They may have delivered but not to my home or any of our neighbors. What's so hard to have the delivery driver go back to to where they delivered and take a picture of the home they delivered to?

Arrived within 2 days after placing order. Does what reviews say. Broke up concrete steps in about 4 hours use. Excellent customer service. Thanks Vevor.

Got the package early easy to put together seems like a good sturdy trailer really like the swivel dump also that's a nice touch

Generally speaking the produrs are very good. Reasonable prices. Sometimes the item doesn't arrive as promised.( but that is a little detail nothing mayor)

I've just had the camera that a camera lens on a long tube to look into miter cylinders so far it's great I put a penny in a dark jug and we put the probe in and saw the penny very plain.

I've made an order and after a few days in which this China company provided me a tracking number and I saw that the pack has been returned to the warehouse from which was sent nothing happened and I received only promises... Could be a scam company which don't respect their customers and take the money without providing nothing! Only silence!
They took the money and after this... they don't care about you!
