My order was delivered next day which was not expected. I've never experienced a problem with ordering from Vevor and will certainly continue to do so.

I needed a breaker for a prand for a bit more ($40) of the cost to rent one Vevor had a sale that I could buy one. Shipping was fast and the product great.
Its a quality breaker ( demo concrete hammer/ jack hammer) for the price and will get the job done

We ordered a 3200W concrete saw - was sent a 2600W saw with the box/saw clearly marked 2600W. Sent email - sent requested photos - used their "chat" feature... nothing. Just kept asking for more photos. Believe all customer service is AI generated. We decided to keep the product we received even thought it was not right but will not be ordering from this company again.

Web page was easy to navigate. Ordering was simple and easy. SUPER FAST delivery... wasn't expecting that. Product seems of good quality... I haven't assembled or used it yet. Overall well pleased at this point.

I ordered 2 beehive, one arrived with broken parts. I immediately notified Vevor. They are making me jump through a lot of unnecessary hoops. In fact, they continue to send messages requesting information that I sent in the original notification. Things like pictures of the box, pictures of the broken parts, pictures of the instructions book... all of that was sent in my very first message. Seems like Vevor keeps asking for additional things in hopes. I will stop asking them to correct this issue. I likely will never deal with Vevor again because of the way they handle things when they don't go perfect.

I purchased a welder for an important weekend project, it was delivered damaged. I explained in the chat that I needed a replacement asap and I would be willing to purchase another one and wait on a return authorization because of my immediate need. They told me it would take 24-48 hours, they then offered me a 30 dollar discount. This is an electrical device and I cannot, nor would I want to guess how damaged it was. I could have explained this all if there was a number to call! Now I just need you to send me return instructions since I have now purchased 2 units.

My recent purchase shipped quickly. Unfortunately it arrived with QC issues. Not all the hardware was included and the locations of pre-drilled holes were miss aligned. Working with support was really slow and drug on longer than it felt it needed to. Likely support was over seas and only responded once a day.

Product arrived in pieces, broken and smelling of being burned. Shipping box was fine so it was obviously a return. I've been a week waiting for a answer and these bafoons offer me a 1/4 of what I paid to keep this pile of China crap. I requested a refund and now there playing stupid games. Do not buy there crap.

Recently bought a jackhammer tool but the box and case were shattered. I'm not sure all the parts are there. I have bought many products from VEVOR but this is the first time I've been dissatisfied with the way it arrived

Orderimg was easy, accurate, prompt updates and quick shipping. Item arrived earlier than expected. That was a great surprise.

They may have good prices but do not stand by what they sell. I bought the Vevor Landscape Light Transformer (600w) and from the get-go I had many problems. It comes with a one year warranty and after 67 emails with problems I asked for a replacement--Instead they wanted to offer me money back (A third of the price what I purchased it for which I refused. They then stopped communicating with me. DO NOT DEAL WITH VEVOR if you a buying a product that might result in some kind of non-working condition. If you are buying a hammer or screwdriver I would say okay but anything that could possibly go wrong (Especially involving electronics) stay away ---Frank

Product was not as advertised. I ordered a 3-camera endoscope and got one, that while appears to maybe have three cameras on the snake, only functions as a single, forward facing, endoscope. The parts diagram within the included instructions only callout a single camera, and the instruction portion of the manual mention nothing about the side cameras or any functions for selecting or viewing the images from the side cameras. This lack of promised functionality caused an additional 3-day delay on our project while we re-ordered a scope from another trusted vender. The delay cost us several hundreds of dollars and left a scar on our previously flawless reputation with our client. We will be returning the product and requesting a full refund.

I had an issue with a product and they went above and beyond to make it right... I have also purchased several items from them and they are top notch!

I purchased an enclosed air hose reel. It winds the hose up side to side and works very well. It was a very good price and quality. It arrived quickly.

Googled a product I saw on YouTube, found Vevor made it. Found a coupon for $3 off, ordered my distiller. Came very quickly. Haven't used it yet, packaged very well. Item in perfect condition.

I was so proud of my purchase because I could mount it on my bucket. The first time I used it to move a trailer around it twisted on my bucket and weld on that center adjustable bracket broke.
It is in my shop waiting for warmer weather to weld it back.

Shopping on Vevor is a pleasure. Ordering online is easy. Shipping is extremely fast. I wanted to get a Christmas gift last minute and it arrived on Christmas Eve.

EAs looking on FB marketplace for a reasonably priced slicer and an ad came up for Vevor so I thought why not, I have purchased tools from them and was satisfied. After browsing for a bit I found this 12" slicer that I thought would fit my requirements, well after receiving it and slicing up 26 lbs of roast beef wafer thin for Christmas dinner I can honestly say this thing is as good if not better than some of the $800-$1200 slicers out there. I would highly recommend it & many other items they sell if you want decent products at great prices.
