This is my first purchase from before website and although I haven't got to try out the tumbler press that I ordered, I can say that shipping was on time and quick plus free with a minimum order. It would start working after it cooled down. By this time it had been cooling over two weeks. Initiated a 3rd chat received promise to resolve problem. No response in days.
