At a time when we in the building industry are reeling from unbridled inflation, it is good to find a company where we can buy useful Products for a fair price.

The user doc is typical Chinglish. If you know what it's trying to say you'll be ok. It seems to me that companies tyhat are marketing Chinese made products need to seriously engage people that are English speakers as their primary language. Dont rely on AI, or other marginal methods of writing documentation. Then have an editor read whats about to be printed/posted.

I left a 2 star review on their website for a 8kw tankless water heater that couldn't handle any more than 1 faucet turned on half way. It's been about a month now and the review still isn't publicly visible. I feel there are many reviews like mine that are blocked also. This shows me their rating system is deceptive.

Easy ordering, fast delivery product is exactly what I ordered

Ok, there are no hammers or saws, but I have everything else I need in one toolbox! There are sockets, extensions, bits, drivers, hex wrenches, open end wrenches and more! Each drawer is well labeled and organized! I'd say that 90% of my tool needs are in this set! I can repair my cars, truck, appliances, gardening equipment. This set will really be used a lot, saving me time and money! I'm really happy with this set!

I had to change my Hydraulic fitting on the tractor but I got it hooked up and used my grader blade. It work great I could change the bade cutting angle without getting off the tractor. Works Great so far.

Excellent everything as described and expected no surprises

I used it to upgrade my self-built water system. I'm not all that handy. But this was easy enough.
Only complaints is that it would have been nice if a garden hose would have threaded on, or if hose clamps were included.

Started off good: good price, speedy delivery, product looks good, very pleased.

I have had my engine hoist from Harbor Freight for several years and the cylinder has leaked from day 1. I went to use it the other day, and it would not work at all. I probably could have checked on a warranty with Harbor Freight, but since I have had it for years, I decided to look at other options. Vevor was the first product that came up in my search and it was a perfect replacement and even less than the Harbor Freight replacement. Vevor also included free shipping. I ordered it and super fast shipping by UPS at my house in 1 day(5 STARS). When it arrived I was impressed by the packaging, protected by heavy duty foam and even some plywood on the sides of the box to ensure it would arrive safely without damage. It took 2 minutes to replace the old cylinder and install the new Vevor, which is a perfect replacement, it may seem like an odd thing but I love the orange color. I could not be more pleased with the product, super fast shipping and excellent customer service. I am a Vevor customer for the future.

Customer support wil make every possible thing to not help you, and not to return the produkt. Avoid them or ar least don't buy directly from vevor.

Shipping was faster than expected, no issues from ordering to delivery. The quality of all products I have ordered has been excellent and will continue to order.
